Study On The Inheritance And Development Countermeasures Of Traditional Family Style From The Perspective Of Rural Governance

"Family is the smallest state,and the state is composed of millions of families.When family ethics are sound,the people’s hearts are pure;when the people’s ethics are sound,the state is secure.country,and the country is the home of millions.If the family style is right,the people’s heart will be pure;if the people’s style is right,the society will be safe.In the report of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,it is clearly mentioned that "emphasis should be placed on the important role of family and family ethics in grassroots social governance".This emphasises the role of family traditions in grassroots governance.The report of the 20 th Party Congress emphasises the need to improve the system of social governance for joint construction,governance and sharing,and to enhance the effectiveness of social governance,as well as the need to improve the rural governance system combining autonomy,rule of law and moral governance in grassroots governance.Under this rural governance system,the importance of strengthening family traditions for rural governance in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is further emphasised.Under this social governance system of co-construction,co-management and sharing,each of us and each family is an important subject.Giving full play to the role of traditional family customs in nourishing people’s hearts,moralising them and building consensus will help to improve the rural governance system and enhance its effectiveness.To grasp the inheritance and development of traditional family style from the perspective of rural governance,we need to clarify the internal mechanism of interaction between traditional family style inheritance and development and rural governance.On the one hand,rural governance expands a new vision of traditional family style inheritance and development,is a new platform for traditional family style inheritance and development;on the other hand,traditional family style inheritance and development is an inherent requirement,basic tool and necessary environment to boost the effectiveness of rural governance.Xianfeng County Yan family style and family training education base to achieve the promotion of rural governance and heritage development of traditional family style of the organic unity of the two,in the common help of rural governance talent training,promote rural governance effectiveness to enhance,build rural governance and beautiful environment,shared education base diversion development and other aspects of positive results.However,in-depth research found that,due to the fragile collective economy,individual heritage development endogenous power is not enough,the role of rural governance platform is not fully played,the party building does not lead enough and other reasons,the traditional family style heritage development still exists in the overall atmosphere is not strong,the main awareness is not strong,micro-foundation is weak,into the lack of rural governance mechanism,publicity and education lags behind and other difficulties.The organic integration of traditional family style inheritance development into the whole process of rural governance,stimulating the endogenous motivation of individual inheritance development of traditional family style,excavating and organizing the contemporary value of traditional family style,innovating the inheritance development method to adapt to the requirements of rural governance,and building a cooperative mechanism of inheritance development are the basic strategies of traditional family style inheritance development in the context of rural governance.In the benign interaction between rural governance and traditional family style inheritance and development,it is of great significance to promote the inheritance and development of traditional family style,to help rural governance with the inheritance and development of traditional family style,and to realize a rural governance community where everyone is responsible,everyone does their part,and everyone enjoys.
