The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings is the first contemporary literature which combined Collating and Annotating of poetry and prose,and its quality ranks first among the three contemporary collations and annotations of Qujiang Collection.This paper will make an in-depth study of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings,discuss its collations,analyze its annotations,and summarize its gains and losses.The paper is mainly divided into six parts.The introduction briefly introduces the research significance,research status,research ideas and research methods of this paper.The first chapter is divided into two parts: the version study of Jiangsu Collection and Xiong Fei with The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings.The first section discusses the dissemination of the editions of Qujiang Collection.This section,taking the times as the context,simply collates the various editions of the Qujiang Collection,so as to explore the inheritance and development of the former research achievements of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings.The second section introduces Xiong Fei,the proofreader,and studies the style of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings.The whole book of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings is composed of the contents,preface,preface,general rules,text,appendix,main bibliography and postscript.The purpose of studying the style of the book is to grasp its basic situation.The second chapter focuses on the collations of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings which is divided into four sections.The first section introduces the original edition and those reference books.The second section discusses the collation methods used by the proofreader.Xiong Fei flexibly uses various methods for proofreading.This section shows and analyzes the proofreading results of four methods through examples.The third section analyzes the contents of the collations of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings.Xiong Fei listed and corrected the errors in each edition,and also included different contents in other editions.Studying the proofreading contents is conducive to the in-depth exploration of Zhang Jiuling’s poems and article.The third chapter mainly studies the annotations of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings.The first section studies the documents cited in the annotations.The annotations of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings cited many documents.This section analyzes the age and classification of the cited documents.The second section discusses the contents of the annotations from many aspects and analyzes them with examples.The third section compares Liu Sihan’s annotations on Qujiang Collection with Xiong Fei’s annotations.By comparing the annotations on allusions and places in the two works,the characteristics of their annotations and Xiong Fei’s inheritance and correction of Liu Sihan’s annotations are discussed.The fourth chapter summarizes the value and limitations of The Collating and Annotating of Zhang Jiuling’s Writings.The first section explores the value of it,including the value of proofreading,the achievements of annotations,the value of scattered writings and philology.The second section points out the limitations of it.Xiong Fei’s proofreading is very precise,but there are also shortcomings,such as such as missed proofreading and incorrect proofreading.This section uses a table to organize the omissions and errors of proofreading,and other errors in the book are also listed.The conclusion summarizes the whole paper.
