A state in which we have stagnated or even regressed in the process of learning complex skills and knowledge means "plateau phenomenon".When a person stands on a plateau,it seems that he stands on a relatively flat ground,but a sense of discomfort will be generally felt by him,this feeling is partly embodied in physical aspect.However,most of the discomfort comes from his own psychological factors.Therefore,educational psychology has regarded this phenomenon as "plateau phenomenon".Three chapters are divided for this thesis.In the first chapter,the concept of "plateau phenomenon" and the features of "plateau phenomenon" in the process of bamboo flute learning are introduced.In the second chapter,the central point of the thesis is elaborated,the manifestation of "plateau phenomenon" in bamboo flute skill learning is analyzed with examples,and the elaboration on how to overcome this phenomenon is conducted.In the third chapter,the psychological interference in the "plateau phenomenon" is analyzed and the full text is summarized.Due to the possibility for the appearance of "plateau phenomenon" in different periods and stages of our skill learning,the correct ways and positive attitudes should be used to cope with it.
