A Study Of Liu Shaoqi’s Ideology Of News Authenticity

Liu Shaoqi is a core member of the first generation of leading collective of the Party and the country,and also a great Marxist thinker and theorist.In the process of leading the revolution,Liu Shaoqi guided and carried out the practical activities of news publicity around the central work of the Party,and formed a systematic news ideology.This article takes Liu Shaoqi’s thinking and practice on news authenticity as the research object,from the Marxist theoretical perspective,using the research method of literature analysis,through the investigation of Liu Shaoqi’s articles,speeches,instructions,chronicles,biographies and other relevant historical materials,summarizes and analyzes the formation process and connotation of Liu Shaoqi’s news authenticity thought,and combines the CPC’s news thought and practical experience,to explore the historical position and practical significance of Liu Shaoqi’s thought of news authenticity.The study found that Liu Shaoqi’s thought of news authenticity insisted on proceeding from reality,respecting the law of news communication,adhering to the principle of party spirit and the principle of people’s character,and its reflection on the connotation,function and practice of news authenticity has rich theoretical connotation.The theoretical connotation of Liu Shaoqi’s thought of news authenticity comes from his rich experience in learning and leading the revolutionary struggle.Liu Shaoqi’s thought of news authenticity sprouted before the period of all-around anti Japanese war and developed during the period of all-around anti Japanese war.It was formally formed in the period of the War of Liberation and matured and deepened from the founding of New China to 1962.Liu Shaoqi’s news authenticity thought takes the central work of the Party as the core,the needs of the masses as the center,and Marxism as the cornerstone.It enriches the theoretical connotation of the sinicization of Marxist news thought,promotes the development of the CPC’s news cause,lays the foundation for the formation of the CPC’s news authenticity thought system,and has important practical enlightenment significance for the development of the CPC’s news cause.
