Study On News Propaganda Strategies In The Communist Party Of China's Early Period From 1921 To 1927

The journalism in the early period of the Communist Party of China(1921-1927)was the staring point of the proletarian journalism.It has exerted a fundamental and directional influence on the Party's news and propaganda work at all it's historical stages.The early propaganda strategy of the Party is the source of it's whole news policy system.By using the method of literature research,this paper systematically examined the historical background,principles,requirements,contents,publishing forms and specific implementation of the Party's early news propaganda strategy.The study found that the early leaders of the Party regarded news propaganda work as an important weapon for the development of political parties and mass mobilization.Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism,they formulated a series of news propaganda strategies based on their own news practice and urged local Party organizations to implement them.In the early days of the Party,the policy of news propaganda of "Party newspapers must be managed and run by the Party members" was clearly defined.They believe that news propaganda work should be carried out around the central task of the Party,and the Party's news propaganda system should be established.During the period of the National Revolution,the strategies of news propaganda has been adjusted with the deepening of the Party's understanding of the revolutionary movement and news propaganda.They emphasizes not only the political attribute for serving the party's policy,but also the popularization of its content and form.They also deepens the principle and requirements of “All Party members need to propaganda and run newspapers ” and pays attention to promoting the improvement of the organization.The Party's early news propaganda strategy not only emphasized the Proletarian Nature and the Party Spirit from the beginning,but also established a strict discipline for news propaganda work.Besides,they regularly carried out self-criticism and made timely adjustments and optimization.The implementation and application of these strategies promoted the wide spread of Marxism,mobilized the masses to support and participate in the worker-peasant movement and the national revolution,initially established the fine traditions such as “All Party members need to propaganda and run newspapers ” “the news and propaganda work must be popularized” and so on,and settled a good theoretical,practical and class foundation for the development of proletarian journalism.On the arrival of the Party's 100 th anniversary since founding,tracing back to the source of the Party's news policy can enrich the study of the Party's news propaganda strategy and provide some inspiration for the Party to formulate and optimize its present news policy.
