The Li dynasty and the Ming and Qing dynasties maintained a clan relationship for more than 600 years, and the Yanxing lu is a chronicle document that specifies the envoys sent to China by the Korean king during the Qing Dynasty or the members of the accompanying mission. In early 1637,Korea was defeated at the Battle of Bingzi and forced to ally itself with the Qing Dynasty to establish de facto clan relations. For eight years from 1637 to 1644,Shenguan,as the residence of the proton Zhaoxian Prince and his attendants sent by Korea to the Qing Dynasty, was gradually given the relevant functions of handling foreign affairs in the process of the development of Qing and Korean relations, thus becoming a special diplomatic institution between the two countries.Relying on the Zhaoxian Shenyang Diary,Shenyang Zhiqi,Shenguan Lu and other Yanxing Lu literature involving Shenguan,it can outline the group mentality of Shenguan personnel in the complex diplomatic environment of Shenguan. As the main bearers of Shenguan’s diplomatic affairs, the change in mentality of Shenguan personnel can well reflect the development and changes in the relations between Shenguan and the Qing Dynasty and Korea, and more importantly,by studying the changes in the mentality of Shenguan personnel, they can look into the deeper picture of the overall mentality of the two countries in the process of gradual normalization and institutionalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The composition of the personnel of the Shenguan Pavilion is more complicated, and the team to Shen takes Zhaoxian Prince as the core and its Eastern Palace staff as the basic team, which is mainly divided into four parts: the Waiter’s Hall, the Yiwei Division, the Proton Group and the Affairs Staff.Originally,as an educational institution of the Zhaoxian Dynasty, the Apostle Took on the responsibility of handling foreign affairs and ceremonial affairs after going to Shenguan, and held the highest status in the internal structure of the Shenguan Pavilion. The flow of officials in the Shen Pavilion during the eight years was also quite frequent, and from the selection of Shen Guan personnel in the early period and the frequent movement of Shenguan personnel in the later period,it is possible to explore the changes in the functions and attitudes of the Shen Pavilion in the Qing Dynasty and Korea to the intermediate institutions of the two countries. In the early days of Shenguan, the Qing Dynasty handled the affairs of Shenguan in a repressive manner, and the Shenguan personnel were in a serious state of security anxiety and hatred. After 1639,with the relaxation of the Qing Dynasty’s management and suppression of Shenguan personnel, their original self-identity as prisoners gradually faded. However, the outbreak of the "Zheng Leiqing case" caused the establishment of mutual trust between the two sides to be frustrated again, and it was not until around 1641 that the Qing Dynasty’s doubts about Shen Guan were really dispelled, and the management method also had obvious "Huairou" colors, and the Shenguan personnel at this time truly accepted their emissaries. The contradictions and differences between Shenguan and Korea mainly stemmed from the deepening of Shenguan’s ties with the Qing Dynasty.Shenguan held a neutral and rational attitude on issues related to the Ming and Qing Ding Revolution, and could also look at the advantages and disadvantages of the Qing Dynasty with a relatively stable mentality, which was very different from the Dprk that was founded by Zhuzi from the perspective of Huayi Distinction. From this,it is also possible to glimpse the strong contradictions in the overall mentality of Korea in the early days of the establishment of the Qingxian clan relations. The common residence experience and similar cultural background of Shenguan make the mentality of Shenguan staff show certain group characteristics, but there are also certain degrees of individual differences. As the core of Shenguan’s diplomatic decision-making,Zhaoxian Prince has long been regarded as a representative figure of the "Fengqing" faction, but in fact,he has misread his gentle character and rational and pragmatic diplomatic style;the two princes,Fenglin and Pinglin, have become the representative figures of the "Qiuqing" faction because of their intuitive feelings about the Qing Dynasty and their humiliating experience in Shenguan.
