Research in organizational psychology and related fields finds that recovery from work is an important mechanism,which can explain how employees maintain full energy and healthy physical and mental state in the face of high job requirements.One of the important recovery modes is Psychological Detachment.The psychological detachment of employees has become an important research topic in organizational psychology,but the influence mechanism of different types of work stressor on psychological detachment has not been fully concluded.On the basis of examining the relationship between work stressors and psychological detachment,this study introduced two variables,work connectivity behavior after-hours and workplace well-being,investigated the internal mechanism of different types of stressor affecting psychological detachment,and explored the protective factors of psychological detachment.In this paper,258 in-service employees were surveyed using domestic and foreign maturity scales,and the data were analyzed using SPSS and Aoms statistical software.The results show that:(1)The psychological detachment of employees is at the medium level,the challenge stressor has a significant difference in education background and years of work,the hindrance stressor has a significant difference in age,education background and years of work.(2)Challenge stressor has a significant negative influence on psychological detachment.Both challenge stressor and hindrance stressor can positively predict work connectivity behavior after-hours,while work connectivity behavior after-hours has a negative influence on psychological detachment.Work connectivity behavior after-hours mediates the relationship between challenge stressor,hindrance stressor and psychological detachment.(3)Workplace well-being positively moderates the relationship between work connectivity behavior after-hours and psychological detachment.It could regulate the mediating effect of work connectivity behavior after-hours.Conclusion: This paper discusses the relationship between work stressors and psychological detachment and its internal mechanism,focusing on the mediating role of work connectivity behavior after-hours and the moderating role of workplace well-being.This not only helps us to deeply understand the mechanism of work stressors’ influence on psychological detachment theoretically,but also helps enterprises to carry out more scientific and effective management,so that employees can obtain a healthy physical and mental condition.
