After the founding of Israel,the legal system of the new country was initially established by promulgation of a series of laws and regulations,forming a mixed situation of religious laws such as secular law and Jewish law,Islamic law and Christian conference law.Therefore,this article chose the early days of the founding of Israel as the time node,divided into three parts,first analyzed the factors behind the formation of the legal system,that is,the laws of the Jewish law and the modern Palestinian region,and from the perspective of the secular law and religious law.The system discusses the construction process and characteristics of the Israeli legal system.The first chapter mainly introduces the laws of Jewish laws that have a greater impact on the legal system of the early founding of Israel and the laws of the Palestinian region since modern times,and the influence of the two on the construction of the founding of the early founding of Israel.The first part is centered on Jewish law.It briefly reviews the development of Jewish law and the Jewish adherence to the law of the law.It discusses the importance of the law to the life of Jewish life and the awe of the law since ancient times.The importance of this awe and law itself directly or indirectly affects the legal construction of Israeli countries.The second part introduced from the laws of Ottoman’s reform,the law during the British rule,and the three main bodies of Ikuv,which introduced the changes in the law of Palestine in modern times and its impact on the construction of the founding of the early founding of the Israeli.Among them,the Mellet system,some rules of the land law,and the British criminal law constituted part of the law of Israel in the early days of the founding of the United Kingdom,which has a greater impact.The second chapter mainly analyzes the construction process of Israeli foundation in the early stages of the founding of the country with specific legislation and judicial system.In the specific legislative section,based on the development of relevant secular laws,based on the relevant materials of parliamentary debate,the reasons for the creation of the Israeli Basic Law,the development of Israel was described through the development of three important laws of civil law,criminal law,and land law.In the judicial system,the composition and jurisdiction of Israeli judicial institutions mainly describe.The secular law promulgated by Israel in the early days of the founding of the PRC was not only affected by local laws,but also related to the regional situation and its own immigration legal and cultural background.The mission of the secular law and the rest of the law system born under this context constitutes a unique characteristic Israel’s legal system.The third chapter mainly explores the development and influence of religious legal systems in Israel,which is mainly based on Jewish education laws,Muslim Islamic laws,and Christian laws.The history of coexistence of religious laws and secular laws originated from the Miltert system during the Ottoman period.The special circumstances faced by the founding of Israel have also prompted the maintenance of religious law.Section 1 of this chapter discusses the status and development of the Jewish law in Israel.The status quo in1947 directly led to the special status of religious law in national and social life.Subsequently,the Rabi court was included in the state judicial institution,and its jurisdiction was determined through the form of national legislation,consolidating the position of Jewish Education Law.Section 2 explains the development and specific impact of Jewish law in the early days of the early founding of Israel from the perspective:personal identity problem,Jewish diet and Jewish festival.The third section discusses the status quo of the Islamic law and the Christian Church law,and the relationship between Israel,Christians,and Druz.
