A Study Of Ethnic Literature In The New Century(2000-2020)

In 1981,Ethnic Literature,a state-level literary periodical devoted exclusively to publishing works by ethnic minority writers,was founded under the supervision of the China Writers Association and sponsored by the China Writers Publishing Group.Since then,ethnic minority writers across the country have had their own literary garden.Ethnic Literature,as one of the most important contemporary literary journals,has attracted academic attention.At present,the academic research of "Ethnic Literature" or from the overall development of the periodical,discuss the current operation of "ethnic literature",the general situation,characteristics and predicament;Or case study,discuss a work published in "Ethnic Literature",a kind of writer,or literary works of a certain year.However,Ethnic Literature in the new century is undergoing dynamic development and changes,so this paper focuses on the investigation of Ethnic Literature in the 21 years of the new century,focusing on the overall overview of Ethnic Literature,literary works published and the relationship between ethnic minority writers,and excavating the efforts made by Ethnic Literature in presenting and leading the development of ethnic minority literature.To provide a little space for further research.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,from the research object and content,research status comments,the main problems and methods,research innovation and significance of a brief summary.The second part is to analyze and sort out the general situation of "Ethnic Literature" in the new century,and explore the "ethnic style" and "world style" presented by the journal under the guidance of its running purpose,column setting and editorial guidelines.The third part analyzes and discusses the general picture of the creation of Ethnic Literature in the new century.Starting from the genres and styles of published works,it selects three categories of novels,poems and essays to specifically analyze their theme implication and aesthetic characteristics,thus revealing the complex and diversified characteristics of ethnic minority literature such as the ethnic expression and the relationship between the political times.The fourth part is to explore the three aspects of "Ethnic Literature" in promoting literary newcomers,cultivating writers’ creation,literary awards and incentives to dig and boost the growth of minority writers.The fifth part analyzes and studies the relationship between Ethnic Literature and the creation of ethnic minority literature.While promoting the creation of ethnic minority literature and leading the fashion of ethnic minority literature,Ethnic Literature implies the political significance of ideology,and exerts an important influence on the external composition form and internal cultural spirit of contemporary Chinese ethnic minority literature.Participated in and contributed to the development and evolution of contemporary Chinese minority literature.In short,taking Ethnic Literature in the new century as the research object,based on the literary periodical Ethnic Literature,this paper studies the evolution of Chinese ethnic literature since the new century,analyzes the profound literary and social cultural connotations contained in its development process and its important effect on the generation and evolution of Chinese ethnic literature.It can promote the development of the periodical "Ethnic Literature" and the minority literature and even the whole Chinese literature.
