Research On The Community Of Shared Future For Mankind From A Cultural Perspectiv

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,China’s relations with the rest of the world have entered a new stage of historical development.Based on the perspective and height of the new era and new stage,General Secretary Xi Jinping has profoundly pondered the major issue of "what’s wrong with the world and what should we do about it",and has put forward the important and forward-looking concept of a "community of shared destiny for humankind" in an original manner.The proposal of the community of human destiny is a positive response to the common interests of the international community and the people of the world,which not only contributes to the future development of mankind but also reflects the unique wisdom of the Chinese Communist Party in the new era.Based on previous research,this paper tries to conduct a more systematic and in-depth discussion on this important concept from the aspects of cultural origin,cultural characteristics,cultural construction,and cultural dissemination based on the perspective of culture.In the part of cultural tracing,it is believed that the proposal of the important concept of the community of human destiny is not only a reflection of the cultural tracing of Marxism,such as Marx’s idea of "community",Lenin’s idea of "peaceful coexistence",and the ideas of"peaceful development" and "peaceful development" of successive generations of major leaders of the Communist Party of China but also a reflection of the cultural tracing of Marxism.It is also the inheritance and development of Marxism’s ideological and cultural sources,such as Marx’s idea of "community",Lenin’s idea of "peaceful coexistence" and the ideas of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China over the past generations on"peaceful development",as well as the inheritance and development of the outstanding traditional Chinese ideological and cultural resources,such as "harmony and difference","harmony among nations" and "one world,one world".It is also a creative transformation and innovative development of the outstanding traditional Chinese intellectual and cultural resources,such as "harmony and difference," "harmony for all nations," and "commonwealth under heaven.In the section on cultural traits,based on the analysis of the connotation of the community and the community of human destiny,the cultural characteristics of the community of human destiny,such as inclusiveness,innovativeness,people’s nature,and practicability,are discussed.In the section on cultural construction,the main challenges to the cultural construction of the community of human destiny are elaborated,such as the diversity of interests as a fundamental challenge to cultural construction,the zero-sum game as a systemic challenge to cultural construction,and the weakness of cultural soft power as a practical challenge to cultural construction.From the perspective of the path of cultural construction: on the one hand,cultural exchanges should be used to promote the value consensus of the community of human destiny,and efforts should be made to safeguard the world’s cultural diversity and inheritance and development of local cultures;on the other hand,the modernization of the cultural governance system and governance capacity should be actively promoted.In the part of cultural transmission,the study concludes that: in terms of identity,advocating the common value of all mankind is the foundation of the cultural identity of the community of human destiny,and practicing dialogue of civilizations is the inevitable path to the cultural identity of the community of human destiny;in terms of cultural transmission,it is believed that the exchange and mutual appreciation of civilizations is the inherent requirement of the cultural transmission of the community of human destiny,and the symbiosis and co-prosperity of civilizations is the ideal state of the cultural transmission of the community of human destiny.In the concluding part,the inherent logical relations among cultural tracing,cultural traits,cultural construction,and cultural transmission are briefly sorted out and clarified.The study of cultural tracing makes the formation and development of the community of human destiny have abundant source water;the study of cultural traits makes the cultural connotation and characteristics of the community of human destiny constantly enriched and deepened;cultural construction is the positive action based on culture in the face of the main challenges;and cultural transmission is the positive response to the community of human destiny.Cultural construction is a positive action based on culture in the face of major challenges,and cultural transmission is a test and expectation of the effectiveness of cultural construction.Taken together,the four chapters are interlinked and progressive.
