The intangible cultural heritage can’t be divorced from the specific state of the environment, people’s affection and the approval is important to the existence of the intangible cultural heritage. Moreover, leaving people’s daily life to protect the intangible cultural heritage will neglect the essentials. The protection of the intangible cultural heritage is based on the life of the majority of people, we must adhere to the principle, so we can make a great difference in the long term. As a gathering place of people’s daily life, people in the community have the common cultural identity in the same region, who have urgent spiritual and cultural needs.Combining the construction of community culture and the intangible cultural heritage protection is necessary and important, on the one hand, it can enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the community, strengthen the benign interaction between the people in the community, which is conducive to building a harmonious community; on the other hand, it also can effectively solve the problem when we protect the intangible cultural heritage. It is useful to broaden the intangible cultural heritage inheritance path. The most important thing is that work can make people get real benefits, also can make community form its unique culture. At present, our country’s community cultural construction and the work of the intangible cultural heritage protection are in the development stage, there are many positive attempts, but also have various of problems. Now more and more people have recognized the importance of the protection of the intangible cultural heritage and the construction of the community culture. We also have achieved some positive results, but in the field of academic research, our work is lack of theoretical guidance. So we should take enough attention to research subject, in order to providing new insights solve problems, which means a lot to the work of combination of the intangible cultural heritage protection and the construction of the community culture.In view of the intangible cultural heritage protection works often have great investment in the beginning, but after that have less rewarding. So the workers need to change their minds, broaden the path of protection. They need pay their attention from the protection of the intangible cultural heritage itself into properly guiding the adaptation between the intangible cultural heritage and the public. The purpose of this article’s is to protect the intangible cultural heritage in the current situation of the construction of community culture, by theory and case analysis, try to develop a new way for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage and provide reference for the construction of community culture, so that the community can also share the benefits of the intangible cultural heritage protection.This thesis is divided into six parts in the structure, the main idea is to discuss the protection of the intangible cultural heritage which need to be combined with the community culture construction from the perspective of cross discipline.The first part is an introduction, mainly including the aspects of research background, research methods, research status, and the purpose of the research. The present research situation of this subject, due to the interdisciplinary research of this article, the relevant research results are rare, so the mainly discusses is associated with the Intangible Cultural Heritage Studies and the researches of the construction of community culture.The second part demonstrates the relationship between the intangible cultural heritage protection and the construction of the community culture. Only to illustrate the contact between the two, so we can put forward the argument that we must based on the combination the two from each other, which is the basic logical and dialectical principle. This part mainly based on the protection work of the intangible cultural heritage, it can’t be separated from the community participation, the purpose is to make the community share benefits when we protect the intangible culture heritage, which is two aspects of the point in this chapter.The third part analysis the necessity and feasibility of this idea, discusses the intangible cultural heritage and community culture construction combined with each other to meet the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, and by SWOT analysis method, we demonstrate that the two combined with each other is conducive to the optimal performance.The fourth part is the case analysis, this thesis selects two representative cases which is Wuhan Jiang Xinyuan community and Chinese Taiwan Taomi community. Jiang Xinyuan is a typical community which appears in the process of urbanization. The construction of community focus on building community culture with the intangible cultural heritage, the core is high dragon, finally achieved positive results. The community people get the benefits of protecting intangible cultural heritage. The intangible cultural heritage also become a integral part of people’s life. Taomi Community is built after an earthquake, its reconstruction has a special social background, Their experience mainly gained from Japanese community building activities, Tao Mi community focus on building green ecological culture, and actively guide the local culture to adapt to urban construction, it has guiding significance for the intangible cultural heritage protection with the construction of community culture.The fifth part raises that we need to pay attention to solve problems in practice. Finally, aiming at the problems that may arise, this paper gives some suggestions. Because the intangible cultural heritage protection and community cultural construction work are in the stage of exploration and development, it is easy to make mistakes, so it is particularly important to pay attention to those problems.The sixth part is a conclusion. The intangible cultural heritage protection and the community cultural construction have been fully considered to explore the development trend of the intangible cultural heritage protection.The whole passage based on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage, combined with background of urbanization, hoping to rediscover the work of community cultural construction and the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
