| Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of a nation’s wisdom, which highlights local characteristics and manifests national culture and cultural confidence. The protection of intangible cultural heritage in China has shifted from the emphasis on a declaration to the emphasis on protection practice, insisting on people-oriented,focusing on the living development of intangible cultural heritage, which originates from the people and also returns to the people. The intangible cultural heritage of quyi is an integral part of China’s traditional culture and is a "living" heritage. In the ever-changing times,Chinese folk art forms have been lost, many of them have been lost or nearly lost, and valuable quyi materials have been scattered worldwide. At the same time, the inheritance and protection of the intangible cultural heritage of quyi is facing the critical situation of a lack of successors, scarce audiences, and a cold market. In August 2021,the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage, which provides the latest guidance for the further protection of the intangible cultural heritage of quyi. This paper uses questionnaires and interviews, combines public goods theory and collaborative governance theory, and, based on a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of intangible cultural heritage protection in the genre of quyi, takes the national intangible cultural heritage of quyi,"the form of rap by drum in Gongan",as an example,to conduct a comparative and in-depth analysis of the problems of intangible cultural heritage protection in the genre of quyi in Hubei Province. The paper argues that the protection of intangible cultural heritage of quyi in Hubei Province is plagued by problems such as a single conservation force,a lack of inherited talents,a weak team of professionals in conservation institutions, difficulties in implementing conservation measures, and a low level of public awareness and participation. The main reasons for this are the following: firstly, the system for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in the genre of Chinese opera is not perfect, secondly, the incentive system for inheritors is not sound, thirdly, the construction of a professional protection team is lagging behind, fourthly, the financial support is insufficient, and fifthly, the publicity and promotion channels are narrow.Given the above problems,it is necessary to establish a system for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of quyi, broaden the promotion channels, establish an incentive mechanism for inheritors, strengthen the construction of the talent team and increase the financial investment in order to further improve the protection and transmission of the intangible cultural heritage of quyi in China. |
