The patriotic health movement is an activity in which all the people participate.After the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China,in order to improve people’s health literacy,the Communist Party of China combined Marxism with Chinese health construction,and created the patriotic health movement.The Communist Party of China has overcome numerous practical difficulties and carried out vigorous mobilization work to make the patriotic health movement come true.In order to cooperate with the patriotic health movement,China has constructed a set of overall mobilization mechanism for the participation of all the people.In the motive mechanism of social mobilization,there are the motive force of thought and emotion,as well as the realistic motive force of health and production needs.In the operational mechanism of social mobilization,the political and organizational advantages of centralized leadership and unified deployment are brought into full play,and a top-down administrative mobilization is initiated.As the leader of patriotic health movement and the main body of social mobilization,the Communist Party of China has played the most basic role of political guarantee.The establishment of the patriotic health campaign committee and “Four principles” of health provided the organizational and policy guarantee for the patriotic health campaign to spread across China.To mobilize the masses to carry out the patriotic health movement is an inevitable act to unify the thoughts and unite the forces.The social mobilization mechanism in the early stage of patriotic health movement not only realized the effective interaction between government and society,but also played an important role in health construction and production development.In the patriotic health movement,we must always unwavering carry out social mobilization work,from the point of view of the masses,carry out diversified propaganda to the masses,and build a step-by-step linkage mobilization mechanism.As a mass health movement with strong mobilization and long duration,we must control the boundary of mass mobilization and avoid the problems of weak implementation and blind comparison.In the process of modernization of national governance,social mobilization is still an important means of national governance.With the sublimation of the concept of national governance,the public health and epidemic prevention,which used to serve the social production,has been gradually transformed into the construction of People’s livelihood,which takes life care as the center.In the patriotic health movement,the social mobilization mechanism needs to be perfected in the working mechanism of joint prevention and control,the long-term mechanism of health education and the cooperation mechanism of the integration of cadres and masses.In order to meet the increasing multi-level health needs of the masses,the“Healthy China Strategy” directed the development of China’s health cause with a state strategic position.
