The Shaping Of New Working Women

After the founding of New China,the practice and theory of women’s mobilization formed during the period of the democratic revolution were extended to the entire society.In addition,with the increasing demand for labor force after the development of the construction cause and agricultural cooperation in New China,women were widely mobilized to socialized production.Rural women went out of their families and into society,contributing their blood and sweat to the cause of agricultural cooperation and national construction.From the perspective of women themselves,Their status and image have undergone tremendous changes,and a new type of socialist working women has been shaped in the process of moving towards collectivization.Based on the archives of Xinjian County Women’s Federation,this article focuses on the study of how women in Xinjian County gradually engaged in social production during the period of agricultural cooperation,as well as the significant impact on the subjective and objective world.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of women’s participation in productive labor in Xinjian County,studies the social labor situation of women in Xinjian County before moving towards collective production,as well as the impact of women’s liberation discourse on women’s further participation in production after the founding of New China,and the expansion of social production norms on the absorption of women’s labor as a resource.The second chapter mainly studies the mechanism of women’s mobilization in the agricultural cooperation movement.Firstly,it discusses the process of agricultural cooperation in Xinjian County and the participation of women in it.It is believed that in this mobilization system,women’s federations occupy a central position,and women propagandists also play an important role.The third chapter mainly studies the measures to mobilize women to participate in the cooperative movement from four aspects: ideological,welfare,labor competition,and economic implementation of equal pay for equal work to mobilize production.Through mobilization at various levels,women’s labor force is further invested in agricultural production.The fourth chapter discusses the effect of mobilizing women to participate in the cooperative movement,and believes that through the mobilization of women in the agricultural cooperative movement,women have participated in social production on a large scale,gradually becoming the main force in agricultural production,playing an increasingly prominent role in agricultural production,and more importantly,their economic,political,and social status has undergone tremendous changes,and their spiritual outlook has taken on a new look,The social image of women has also undergone changes.
