| German composer Paul Hindemith(1895-1963)is a representative of neoclassical music.He is a famous violinist,educator,conductor and music theorist.His life ’s creation involves various fields of music,such as orchestral works,piano works and opera works.Hindemith devoted his life to the maintenance of the status of German music.Many of his works had an important influence on the development of music at that time and in the future.Some scholars called his piano works ’ tonality game ’ as ’modern twelve equal temperament ’.This work is a tribute to the polyphonic master Bach.He is also an innovator.His book " composition techniques " has opened up a broader space for music creation with its unique composition technique theory.Hindemith ’s life has also made outstanding contributions to the cause of music education.Mr.Huang Feili,a famous conductor in China,once followed Hindemith to learn."Piano Sonata No.3 " is a work created by Hindemith in the middle and late stages,which belongs to his mature period of creation.The work is very polyphonic music style,especially the fourth movement of the work,which is created in a strict fugue form.The famous pianist Gould has also performed the work.The third piano sonata is of great research value both in terms of music creation theory and performance.The first chapter of this paper briefly introduces the composer ’s life and the creation background of the work;the second chapter analyzes the music text of the work based on Hindemith ’s composition technique theory.The third chapter is the focus of this paper.It mainly analyzes the performance from three aspects : timbre and touch keys,pedal use and difficulty analysis. |
