| Blended learning and distance learning have become long-term social trends and profoundly influence and reshape the order and experience of higher teaching.In the process of hybrid learning context construction,more design concepts need to be incorporated in technology and design links,and the characteristics and paths of deep integration of live teaching and other related technologies with teaching experience need to be explored,which will enrich the guiding theory of hybrid learning environment construction,better support distance learning experience and promote its digital transformation.Along with the accelerated process of education informatization,the construction of online teaching experience is facing complex and diverse challenges and has received attention from scholars in different subject areas.In the distance education context,the temporal and spatial separation of teaching and learning has brought to the fore the issue of human socialization,which has prompted a new understanding of the relationship between human-computer interaction and interpersonal interaction in teaching contexts and the fundamental value of teaching activities.The role played by the live teaching platform as the key hub of the aforementioned interaction relationship needs to be more fully considered.The interdisciplinary research on the theme of online teaching user experience is flourishing,and the results of interdisciplinary theoretical research and theoretical co-creation are increasingly abundant.The inquiry community framework theory is one of the classical theories of teaching user experience research in the field of distance education,and it has accumulated considerable theoretical and practical results for the discovery of online teaching user experience elements and the control of experience process from the field of pedagogy,which provides useful reference for online teaching user experience design.This study examines the user experience design of online live teaching platform in colleges and universities from the perspective of exploring community framework theory from the background of design science.Firstly,it integrates the research materials of user experience design in education and design,combines the theoretical results of three levels of inquiry community framework theory: element framework,experience process and quality control,and proposes the research path of user experience under the perspective of inquiry community framework theory accordingly.In this way,this study uses open questionnaires,in-depth interviews and text data mining to investigate the current situation of user experience of live teaching platform,and after clustering analysis,the four stages of user experience and experience goals under the perspective of inquiry community framework are derived: triggeremotion arousal,exploration-schema construction,integration-consensus cohesion and solution-cognitive iteration,and the hypothesis of structural model of user experience elements and influence relationship is formed,and through the design of The empirical study was conducted through the steps of scale design and data analysis,and finally arrived at six user experience elements of live teaching in the perspective of the community of inquiry framework: self-efficacy,open communication,collective efficacy,information quality,interface aesthetics and security perception.On this basis,this study constructs a theoretical model of live teaching platform user experience in the context of inquiry community theory and summarizes the corresponding design strategies.At the end of the study,the experience optimization design is carried out with Rain Classroom as an example to verify the practical effects of the theoretical model and design strategies.This study explores the user experience model and experience design strategy of live teaching platform from the perspective of inquiry community theory,which provides a new theoretical interpretation perspective and integration research ideas for teaching experience design theory and education product experience optimization design,and also provides a reference for interdisciplinary theoretical co-creation to deal with complex and multiple design problems. |
