The Inspiration Of Repin's Historical Oil Painting Art Language To Creative Practic

This article aims to explore the influence of Ilya Repin’s artistic language in historical oil painting on the author’s creative practice.Through in-depth research on Repin’s artistic language,the artistic characteristics and connotations presented in Repin’s historical oil paintings,as well as his influence on later art creation,are analyzed.It is found that the rigorous form,rich colors,superb techniques,and rich symbolic meaning presented in Repin’s historical oil paintings have profoundly influenced the creative practice of later oil painters,while injecting new power and vitality into the development of realistic painting.Starting from the artworks,deepening the understanding of Repin’s artistic language has certain reference significance for the development of artistic creation practice.This article is divided into five parts,including introduction,the relationship and reasons for the development of Repin’s artistic language in connection with his life experiences,analysis and comparison of the artistic language of composition,color,emotion,etc.in Repin’s historical painting works,exploration and application of Repin’s artistic language in the author’s own work,and conclusion.By analyzing and drawing inspiration from Repin’s artistic language,this article aims to solve problems in the author’s work,such as emptiness,lack of substance,and weakness,and to better express the emotions and spirits in artistic creation.
