A Study On The Alienation Of Digital Labor From The Perspective Of Marxist Philosophy

In recent years,with the rapid development of digital labor scale,the alienation of digital labor has been gradually exposed.Compared with the alienation of labor in the industrialization era of Marx,although digital alienation of labor presents many new characteristics of The Times,in essence,it still has many similarities with the alienation of labor referred to by Marx.In order to further study this social phenomenon,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the alienation of digital labor in today’s society with the help of Marx’s theory of alienation of labor,human liberation theory and the thought of human free and comprehensive development,in order to find out the cause of its emergence and the realistic path to eliminate this alienation phenomenon.This will be beneficial to the development of Marx’s philosophy,the protection of digital workers’ rights and interests,and the construction of a harmonious digital society.First of all,this paper combs the background and development of digital labor alienation in detail,and summarizes the development trend of digital labor alienation to some extent.Secondly,through the combination of Marx’s theory of alienated labor to digital labor alienation contemporary performance of a more detailed analysis.Thirdly,it expounds the research results of some western scholars on the causes of digital labor alienation and analyzes them.At the same time,it makes an in-depth analysis on the causes of digital labor alienation with the help of Marx’s philosophical thoughts.Finally,according to Marx’s philosophical thoughts,the paper puts forward the concrete measures to eliminate the alienation of digital labor from the following aspects:promoting the ownership reform of digital means of production,improving the efficiency of digital governance,getting rid of the capital control of digital technology,and guaranteeing the main position of digital workers.
