Design Of Oral Health Service System Based On Service Design Theory

With the advent of the post-epidemic era,people’s awareness of public health and protection has been significantly improved.As a part of public health,oral health is receiving increasing attention.In recent years,the government and relevant departments have also strengthened education on oral health problems,but the promotion effect is not ideal,on the one hand,the limitation of education channels,on the other hand,the form of education is single.With the rapid development of the information age and the constant change of mass consciousness,compared with the traditional oral hospital treatment,users are also willing to try a diversified service scene,which the author dug out a new design focus.This paper focuses on the oral health service system,explores its advantages and defects through the theory of service design,analyzes the hidden design opportunities,in order to create a good sense of oral health service for different people.The author intends to first review the literature,find out the intersection of oral health and service design according to the research background of the two,and further combine the current service characteristics and development status of oral health to reveal the important role of service design in the establishment and operation of oral health service system.Secondly,through field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and consultation and other research methods,to understand the needs and expectations of the oral health service system beneficiaries,on top of which,the use of relevant service design processes and methods,the construction of three types of target groups of user portraits,user journey map,stakeholder map and service blueprint,and multi-level service scenario contact research and exploration.The main functions and definitions of the oral health service system were determined,and the design requirements obtained were summarized into several sections,such as consultation,appointment registration,oral evaluation,shopping mall,integral punch card,oral encyclopedia,user feedback,etc.Finally,based on the design requirements,specific function mapping and prototype page design were implemented,the APP and user experience center of the oral health service system were constructed,and the feasibility of the prototype of the service system scheme was analyzed,evaluated and verified in depth.In this paper,service design is integrated with oral health,and innovative methods are used to optimize the design of oral health services,which not only deepens the application scenarios of service design,but also provides new references and new strategies for the future research direction of oral health service design.
