Research On The Design Of Healing Picture Books From A Feminist Perspectiv

With the development of society and the gradual rise in material and spiritual standards,there has been a growing concern about the situation of disadvantaged groups.The plight of women,an issue that has long been ignored by society,is now receiving more and more attention.There is a growing awareness that women are living with the pressure of traditional gender discrimination,and that this pressure needs to be alleviated.As a book that expresses specific emotions and themes through both words and pictures,picture books offer a variety of expressions and are highly emotionally resonant,so the combination of healing picture books and feminist concepts can be used to help women overcome their plight.The paper begins with a feminist perspective,which compares the development of feminist concepts,analyses the dilemmas faced by contemporary women,and summarises the impact of feminist concepts on women’s thinking and aesthetics.Secondly,the paper explores the concept and development of the healing picture book and analyses the characteristics and healing principles of the healing picture book.In the section on expression and design strategies,the author extracts healing visual elements from different picture books,searches for visual styles for analysis,and summarises the design needs,principles and concepts of healing picture books from a feminist perspective.In the practical part,the author uses the results of the questionnaire and the conclusions of the previous section to choose to create through a flat illustration style.It is hoped that this study will help women who are troubled by gender factors to alleviate their stress and achieve a peaceful state of mind.It is hoped that the study will help more readers to understand women from their perspective and to empathise with their plight when faced with the complexities of women’s issues in society.
