Infrasound, also known as infrasound or subsonic wave,is a sound wave with a frequency ranging from 10-4Hz to 20 Hz.Studies have found that infrasound can have an impact on biological cognitive learning. This thesis studies the basic theories of infrasound central nervous system effects and infrasound psychological effects, constructs a theoretical model of the effects of infrasound on fear memory in mice, and conducts an experimental study on the effects of infrasound on conditioned fear memory in mice, and explores 16Hz The influence of infrasound,110d B and 16Hz,90d B on the formation and disappearance of conditioned fear memory in mice, and explore its influence mechanism from the perspectives of behavior, morphology, molecular biology, etc.,verifying that infrasound can produce conditioned fear memory processing Influence. On this basis, the research puts forward the application ways and methods of infrasound affecting conditioned fear memory in psywar, providing theoretical and experimental basis for the application of infrasound in psywar in the future, and methods and means for psywar in the information network era Innovation is very importantThis thesis focuses on the influence of infrasound on conditioned fear memory and is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an overview, which mainly puts forward the basis of the thesis, the research status of infrasound at home and abroad, and the significance of infrasound research, and elaborates the research method, research structure and several innovations of this article. The second chapter is basic theoretical research, explaining related concepts, theoretical models and processing mechanisms, and proposing a model hypothesis that infrasound affects fear memory. The third chapter is behavioral experiment and biological experiment research. In the behavioral experiment,60 healthy and clean adult male C57 mice were selected as the experimental subjects. The single-factor test room design was adopted. The experiment was divided into experiment one and experiment two, mainly to investigate the influence of infrasound on the conditioned fear memory of mice.(1)Experiment one is a behavioral experiment on the influence of infrasound on the formation of conditioned fear memory in mice. The statistical results of the difference between the groups in the fear memory training stage of mice(n=10)showed that compared with the sham irradiation group, the percentage of rigidity time of the mice in the 16Hz and 110d B infrasound group was higher,in the 7th rounds,*P<0.05;in the 5th and 8th rounds of acoustic-electric stimulation,**P<0.01.The statistical results of differences between groups in the conditioned fear memory test stage of mice(n=10)showed that the percentage of rigidity time of mice in the 16Hz,110d B infrasound group was higher than that of the sham-irradiated group,*P<0.05.The conclusion of Experiment 1 is that16Hz,110d B and 16Hz,90d B infrasound can affect the formation of conditioned fear memory in mice.Infrasound enhances the formation of fear memory in mice, and the fear enhancement effect is similar to infrasound. The sound pressure level is related to the sound pressure level.Under the same frequency of 16Hz,the 110d B infrasound has a better effect on the formation of fear memory in mice than the 90d B infrasound.(2)Experiment two is a behavioral experiment on the effect of infrasound on the disappearance and retention of conditioned fear memory in mice. The statistical results of the difference between groups in the training phase of fear memory disappearance of mice(n=10)showed that:Compared with the sham irradiation group, mice in the 16Hz and 110d B infrasound group had a higher percentage of freezing time.In the 11th and19th rounds of acoustic stimulation,**P<0.01,in the 20th round of acoustic stimulation,*P<0.05;Compared with the sham irradiation group, the percentage of rigidity time of the 16Hz,90d B infrasound group was higher in the 19th round of acoustic stimulation,**P<0.01;Compared with the 16Hz,90d B infrasound group, the 16Hz,110d B infrasound group has a higher percentage of stiffness time,in the 4th,11th,15th,and 18th rounds of the sonic spur,*P<0.05;**P<0.01.The statistical results(n=10)of the differences between groups in the test phase after the conditioned fear memory faded in mice showed that there was no significant difference between the groups. From this, the experimental conclusion of experiment two is that 16Hz,110d B and 16Hz,90d B infrasound can enhance the conditioned fear memory to a certain extent, but there is no statistical difference in the experimental data.(3)The third experiment is the effect of infrasound on the morphology and protein expression of the mouse amygdala. This biological experiment is based on the completion of Experiment 1 and Experiment 2,and immediately put the mice to death to further explore the physiological mechanism of infrasound affecting conditioned fear memory.Using HE staining and Nissl staining techniques to detect slices of mouse amygdala tissue, the staining results showed that:compared with the sham group, the 16Hz,90d B group and the 16Hz,110d B group showed different levels of neuronal cells in the amygdala.Decrease, cytoplasmic lysis, nuclear pyknosis, nerve cell arrangement and evacuation, intercellular substance vacuolation, decrease in the number of Nissl bodies,16Hz,110d B group is more obvious, but not statistically significant. It has been verified that 16Hz,110d B and 16Hz,90d B infrasound exposure can have a certain damage effect on the neuron morphology of the mouse amygdala.Under the same frequency of 16Hz,110d B infrasound has a stronger damage effect. The results of the protein immunoblotting experiment showed that compared with the sham irradiation group, the gray-scale ratios of m Glu R2,NMDAR1,and NMDAR2B proteins in the 16Hz,110d B group and the 16Hz,90d B group decreased to varying degrees, but there was no statistical significance. The gray ratio of m Glu R1a protein of mice in the 16Hz,110d B group of experiment 1 was higher than that of the false irradiation group(p=0.0277<0.05),and the ratio of m Glu R1a protein of mice in the 16Hz,90d B group of experiment 2 was higher than that of the false irradiation group(p=0.0075<0.01).It is concluded that 16Hz,110d B and 16Hz,90d B infrasound exposure can reduce the expression of glutamate receptor proteins m Glu R2,NMDAR1,NMDAR2B and increase the expression of m Glu R1a protein in the mouse amygdala, indicating that m Glu R1a protein may be inferior.Acoustic enhancement plays an important role in conditioned fear memory in mice. The fourth chapter is applied research.Based on the needs of our army’s psychological warfare construction, combined with theoretical and experimental conclusions, the psychological effects of infrasound are extended to the practice of psychological warfare, and countermeasures such as paying attention to the research of infrasound psychological effects, exploring the development of psychological warfare equipment, and innovating psychological warfare methods are proposed.Suggest.The main innovation of this thesis is to construct a theoretical model of the effect of infrasound on the fear memory of mice, systematically comb and integrate the neurophysiological mechanism and theoretical models of infrasound psychological effects, and combine these results to propose theoretical model hypotheses, and use psychology Scientific experiments verified the rationality of the model and further improved the theoretical basis of this research direction;scientific and standardized experimental research methods were used to explore the influence of infrasound on the formation and decay of fear memory in mice, and small collections were collected in a scientific and standardized manner.Rat behavioral experiments and physiological test data have verified that infrasound can affect the processing of conditioned fear memory in mice, and provide experimental support for the psychological effects of infrasound;based on the experimental results, combined with the needs of psywar, infrasound is proposed The psywar enlightenment of the influence of rat fear memory is conducive to the innovation of psywar methods.
