Background: To research on college students' psychological resilience at home and abroad on the basis of the deep understanding and access to,with six college students affected by all kinds of negative life events(including undergraduates and graduate students)subjects as the research participants,using multiple baseline research methods to verify the Conditioned Emotional Response Intervening Technique of college students' psychological resilience on the effectiveness of the elastic,and in-depth study from the perspective of the overall view affects the psychological mechanism of college students' psychological resilience,intervention of the key factors,increase psychological resilience of the participants.Method: Six college students(including undergraduates and graduate students)as participants,using the resilience scale(CD-RISC)to screening and identification of participants,using Conditioned Emotional Response Intervening Technique to be determined by the scale of psychological intervention,through multiple baseline research methods to compare the same participants before and after the intervention of the change of the target behavior index,as well as resilience scale(CD-RISC)score changes,so as to achieve the Conditioned Emotional Response Intervening Technique of college students' psychological intervention on the effectiveness of the resilience verification.Results: The formal end of the intervention,psychological resilience scale of six subjects(CD-RISC)total scores and each dimension points are corresponding improved,and from the six target behavior index of the subjects can be seen in the multiple baseline charts more subjective satisfaction ratings were altered obviously.After a month of pay a return visit,according to the situation has not been six subjects found that repeated phenomenon.Conclusion:Conditioned Emotional Response Intervening Technique to college students' psychological resilience by intervening,effectively improve in a relatively short period of time and the effect is stable.Especially in the process of intervention,in view of the college students' psychological resilience problems behind the subconscious mental activity factors of study and solve has played a key role.Conditioned emotional respons of subjects,and effectively correct the irrationalthinking and objective evaluation on the negative behavior and cognition,college students can master the methods of Conditioned Emotional Response Intervening Technique,self supervision,self adjustment,with positive attitude and good mood to deal with life of all kinds of negative life events.
