| Intangible cultural heritage activities have always played a solid and unique role in establishing national symbols and strengthening the appeal of national cultural excellence.It is a difficult process to pass on from one generation to another in the form of "oral transmission",which undoubtedly delays the development of ICH culture.The documentary film has become an important vehicle for the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage,as it has taken over the baton as a visual bearer and brought the heritage to life with its unique audiovisual advantages.With the boom in the creation of "intangible heritage images",domestic scholars have begun to focus their attention on the creation of documentaries on intangible heritage artists as a key element of their research.From the current research on ICH documentaries and the author’s practice,we can find that ICH artists,as microscopic individuals of ICH culture,are bursting with power that cannot be ignored,and as the tellers of ICH stories,the witnesses of the rise and fall of ICH,and the inheritors of the core of ICH,they always hold on to the roots of traditional ICH.This article explores the subjectivity of ICH artists,starting from the video creation method of ICH documentaries and combining it with narratology and other related theories.The first part of the essay focuses on the narrative strategies of documentary films about non-heritage artists,and elaborates on the typical narrative characteristics of non-heritage documentaries from three perspectives: narrative perspective,structure and method.The second part focuses on the audiovisual construction of images and discusses how audiovisual language gives the documentary a unique and rich narrative dynamic.The third part of the article examines how to attract more people’s attention to this vulnerable culture in the new era,in the light of its impact value and in close connection with its humanistic connotation,cultural transmission and value construction.The article illustrates the narrative strategies,audiovisual constructions and cultural values of non-fiction documentaries in the context of a personal artistic creation,The Blind Drummer.On this basis,it explores and considers the methods of video creation for documentary films on non-heritage,offering some theoretical considerations and creative suggestions for the creation of documentary films on non-heritage. |
