Knowledge graph is a language network to reveal relationships between entities.It can use symbols to describe and record concepts of things and their relationships with each other.It is an important knowledge representation.The integrations of culture and tourism refers to the mutual penetration and cross of culture and tourism industries.Culture spreads widely with tourism as the carrier,and tourism attracts tourists with culture as the focus of publicity.Jingchu food culture originated in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and is located in Hubei Province,which has the reputation of "the Province of a thousand Lakes" in history.With the improvement of people’s demand for food culture tourism,more and more tourists have developed a strong interest in Jingchu cuisine.These tourists not only want to taste the local cuisine,but also hope to learn the allusions underlying the cuisine so as to further understand the local customs and practices.However,most of the current researches on Jingchu cuisine mainly focus on the production method and appearance,and a few of them study its origin in ancient books.There are a wide variety of loosely organized Jingchu cuisine resources,which are not conducive to tourists’ efficient and fast access to Jingchu cuisine culture,and not conducive to the in-depth utilization of Jingchu cuisine resources.This paper aims to use the knowledge graph to organize the gourmet resources in Jingchu under the background of cultural and tourism synergies,so as to provide convenience for tourists and new ideas for the development of local cultural and tourism synergies.Based on the full analysis of Jingchu cuisine resources in view of tourism and culture synergies,this paper discusses the related issues of constructing Jingchu cuisine knowledge graph in view of tourism and culture synergies.The main research work includes:(1)The characteristics of Jingchu gastronomic resources under the background of cultural and tourism synergies were analyzed,their composition scope was determined,and the connotation of Jingchu gastronomic culture and the intrinsic relationship with Jingchu gastronomic resources were explored.(2)Jingchu cuisine knowledge representation model was designed in view of tourism and culture synergies and construct Jingchu cuisine knowledge map.By analyzing the characteristics,design concepts,relationships and attributes of Jingchu cuisine cultural resources in view of tourism and culture synergies,entity recognition,attribute acquisition and relationship extraction were carried out according to the collected data,and on this basis,the establishment of Jingchu cuisine knowledge map in view of tourism and culture synergies is completed.(3)The application scenarios of Jingchu cuisine knowledge graph was analyzed and designed in view of tourism and culture synergies.By combing the existing culture and tourism integration mode and the current local tourism activities based on this mode,the paper explored the application scenarios of the knowledge information in Jingchu cuisine knowledge map in the local food culture tourism under the background of culture and tourism synergies,so as to improve the value of culture in tourism.From the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,the integration of Jingchu cuisine resources and the construction of Jingchu cuisine knowledge map are helpful to further excavate the cultural connotation of Jingchu cuisine,improve the value of Jingchu cuisine culture in tourism,so as to facilitate tourists to taste the food and have a deeper understanding of the local cultural connotation,so as to promote the integrated development of local tourism,cultural industry. |
