Research On The Construction And Application Of Knowledge Graph Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Projects

Under the background that the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)has gradually become a development trend,this article analyzes the current situation of digital protection of ICH projects in China,and focuses on the application of digital technology in the protection of ICH,points out the problems of single organization method of intangible cultural heritage knowledge and low efficiency of intangible cultural heritage knowledge dissemination method.In order to solve the two problems above,Firstly,this paper proposes a knowledge graph of ICH projects,Then we apply it in the personalized recommendation algorithm,design a recommendation system based on it,and structured a recommendation prototype system,which not only promotes the normalization and standardization of ICH knowledge organization,but also provides an effective way for the dissemination of ICH knowledge.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,knowledge graph technology and personalized recommendation technology are introduced.Then,Taking the Hubei ICH project as an example,the overall construction of ICH projects knowledge graph including model layer and data layer is completed by the application of ontology development tool software Protege and graph database Neo4j.Secondly,based on the knowledge graph of ICH projects,the distributed vector representation of semantic information of ICH projects is realized by using the fine-tuning translation distance model TransH,and the similarity matrix of ICH projects is calculated by Euclidean distance.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various recommendation algorithms and the actual situation of ICH knowledge dissemination effect,the knowledge graph technology and personalized recommendation technology are combined,the similarity matrix of ICH projects is applied to personalized recommendation algorithm,and a Top-N recommendation algorithm based on ICH knowledge graph is designed.The accuracy of vector representation of ICH projects and the effect of recommendation algorithm are evaluated through experiments.Finally,a recommendation prototype system based on ICH projects knowledge graph is structured.Several main functional modules,such as ICH projects recommendation display,ICH projects classification display,ICH projects distribution display,viewing ICH projects details,are introduced in detail.
