ST Contemporary Company Information Internal Control Optimization Research

Culture is the soul of the country and the nation,as well as the soul of national governance.During the 14th Five-Year Plan,the State launched the 14th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Development,which aims to improve people’s sense of access and happiness in cultural life,and also provides a clearer direction and strong support to promote the highquality development of cultural industry.Support.As the main force in the development of cultural industry,the film and television industry will play an increasingly important role in the future development.At the same time,with the rapid development of information technology,the management methods and strategies of enterprises are constantly changing and upgrading,gradually moving towards digitalization and intelligence.Information management helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency while bringing changes in management methods and ideas.In today’s fierce market competition,film and television enterprises want to stand out to achieve sustainable and stable development,must focus on improving the company’s management capabilities and levels,especially in the information age,efficient information-based internal control can not only play an important role in enterprise risk management,but also help enterprises to seize the new opportunities brought by the development of information technology.Therefore,strengthening internal control,improving management level and informatization capability has become a direction that film and television companies must pay attention to and strive for in their development.This paper takes ST Contemporary,a representative company in the film and television industry,as an example,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of internal control of the company from the perspective of film and television business by using the literature analysis method and case study method.It is found that there are some problems in the process of internal control informatization construction of ST Contemporary,mainly in the form of weak informatization of letter internal environment,lack of informatization risk assessment,insufficient informatization control activities,informatization communication method to be improved and lack of informatization supervision mechanism.This paper,led by the five elements of internal control,puts forward the following suggestions for improving the various aspects of the film and television business: first,to create a good information technology control environment;second,to establish an information technology risk assessment model and strengthen the application of information technology in the identification of risks in the film and television business;third,to improve the enterprise information technology internal control activities,strengthen the information technology management in the preparation and development stage,information technology management in the shooting stage,information technology standardize the process of the distribution stage and choose the information-based film and television works promotion channels;fourth,to enrich the enterprise information-based communication methods;fifth,to improve the information-based supervision and management mechanism.It is expected that the study of this paper can provide some guidance and help for the construction of internal control informatization of ST Contemporary,and also provide reference and inspiration for film and television enterprises in the same industry to optimize internal control in the informatization environment and contribute to the development of informatization in the film and television industry.
