Film And Television Drama "Zhugeliang La" Project Management Investigation In Qingdao Guangdian Xifa Center

Project management,it is through the efforts of the project manager and project organization,using the system theory and method,the project planning,organization,coordination,control and resources,to achieve project management method system of specific objectives.Today's media era,has entered the network media,the common development of a variety of transmission methods such as communication,radio and television transmission of information era,in the whole development under the background of the media,local TV stations are faced with many facets of the CCTV,provincial satellite TV and new media.Therefore,in order to expand the film industry and cater to Qingdao's policy of developing cultural industry,Qingdao radio and television comprehensive information center came into being.The drama project "zhu ge liang la" is making the issue of the first film and television works.From the script,production to distribution,this project involves almost all the content production process,has the milestone significance.In the meantime,with the internal and external impact,the film and TV production department of xifa center is facing how to better determine the development strategy,give full play to its advantages,adapt to the changes of the environment,and realize substantial development.This article selects the items to the film and television play "zhuge liang," as the research object,a series of problems on the research of project management to its,the article research content as follows: first of all,this article has carried on the simple interpretation of the connotation of the project management,and analyzes the content of the concept of project management,characteristics,life cycle and influencing factors.Secondly,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze and elaborate the planning and implementation stages of this project.Finally,based on the present situation,the reference theory basis and the successful cases,to provide reference and sustainable perfect suggestions for its future development and projects.
