Comparison Of Two Piano Works With Object, Image And Form As The Objects Of Description

Since the introduction of piano into China from the West,it has had a great influence on Chinese music culture.Under the unremitting efforts and explorations of generations of musicians,they combine it with Chinese traditional folk music and constantly integrate and innovate,thus producing thousands of excellent piano music works and forming the unique piano music culture of China.Chinese piano music with ethnic characteristics is not only a form of artistic expression,but also the embodiment and inheritance of Chinese ethnic culture and history,and has gradually become an important part of Chinese music culture.With the constant changes of The Times,the development of music gradually tends to the tune of folk music.Composers are constantly exploring how to use western composing techniques to express and inherit the art and culture of traditional Chinese folk music,and the most important thing is to convey its cultural heritage and ideological spirit in the form of music.The piano work Wind and Rain Bridge in Dong Township created by Zou Xiangping is a combination of traditional Chinese ethnic elements and western Impressionist music,which successfully uses and draws on the composing techniques and characteristics of Impressionist music.The piano music not only retains the characteristics of Chinese folk music,but also has the novelty of modern music.It fully uses the western modern composition techniques to express and inherit Chinese traditional folk music.Its unique innovation and rich musical elements vividly express the cultural heritage and humanistic spirit of the Dong.By exploring the creative origin of "Wind and Rain Bridge in Dong Village" and making a comparative study between it and Debussy’s prelude "Sunken Church",this paper analyzes the homology and divergence of the creative ideas and techniques of the two works,and explores how the composer absorbs and draws on the western impressionist composing techniques from a relatively intuitive perspective,and then integrates and creates with Chinese traditional folk music.This is of great significance to the diversified development of Chinese piano music creation,and also has a correct understanding and reference function for us to learn and play piano works that integrate and innovate the folk music and western composing techniques.
