Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism Of Pilot Flowing Disputes

The means to deal with labor disputes in China is relatively rigid at present,and the solution to the dispute over the termination of the pilot’s labor contract is extremely monotonous,that is,the "single-path" resolution process of "mediation-labor arbitration-litigation".This mode has a poor effect in actually resolving the dispute of terminating the labor contract of pilots,which is mainly shown as follows: it is difficult for the mediation and arbitration to play a role;Labor arbitration method lack of termination ability;The litigation means high cost,long disposal cycle and difficult to be effectively implemented.There is insufficient connection among various dispute resolution methods,a complete disputes resolution system and process has not been formed.In order to better solving the pilot labor contract disputes and ensure the development of aviation public transport activities,it is important to establish an effective and diversified dispute resolution system.Therefore,proposed to promote flexible and innovative labor arbitration system,enrich the variety of labor mediation system,establish pilots’ unions and collective bargaining system,clear the pilot files in escrow unit and rules,and give the suggestions of practical operation of the diversified pilot labor contract disputes.The diversified dispute resolution system of pilot labor contract disputes is able to promote the dispute prevention and solve efficiently.
