A Study On The Institutional Authority Of The Communist Party Of China Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Institutional authority plays an important role in national governance,and can influence the results of governance to a great extent.With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,the communication between countries is increasingly close,and the competition between countries is more and more reflected in the advantages of the system.What normative role the system plays for people,to what extent it is recognized and implemented by people,to what extent the implementation of the system is effective,and the public’s obedience to the system are the embodiment of the authority of the system.This paper systematically expounds the research status,theoretical concept,main content,existing problems,main reasons and realization path of the party’s institutional authority since the 18th CPC National Congress.The research methods of this paper include: literature research,integrating theory with practice and logical analysis.The research framework of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an overview of the relevant theories of institutional authority,which explains the ideological source and importance of institutional authority;the second part summarizes the main contents of our party’s relevant institutional authority;the third part is the characteristics of the party’s institutional authority,which has the characteristics of strategic overall,overall and comprehensive,times and localization;the fourth part is China’s institutional authority The fifth part discusses how to enhance our party’s system authority and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The creative achievement of this paper is to collect and sort out a large number of relevant literature,combine the actual situation of our country,analyze and summarize the theory with practice,sort out the internal logic of the content of the CPC’s system authority since the 18th CPC National Congress,explore the problems and reasons of the system authority,and finally put forward the practical way to build China’s system authority Therefore,strengthening the awareness of institutional authority is the premise,improving the system design is the key,and strict system implementation is the guarantee.
