Research On The System Construction Of Chinese Traditional Virtue Inheritance And Development In The New Era

A country cannot prosper without virtue,and a person cannot stand without virtue.Chinese traditional virtues are not only the basic core of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,but also the spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation standing in the forest of the world’s nations,and the source of living water for cultivating and practicing the core socialist values.Since the 18th Party Congress,the state has attached great importance to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese virtues,and further put forward new and higher requirements to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional Chinese virtues.In the new era,institutional construction as a new growth point to promote the inheritance and development of traditional virtues is a pragmatic and effective practical way to realize the inheritance and development of traditional virtues.The article takes the introductory part as the starting point of the research,and discusses the background of the selected topic,the importance of such research,both domestic research and foreign ones for comparison,also ideas and methods used in such research,as well as vital innovations and shortcomings of the thesis.In the first chapter,the relationship between traditional virtue inheritance and system is objectively analyzed,and the related conceptual categories of traditional Chinese virtue and system are identified and analyzed.In the second chapter,systematically discusses the theoretical origins of the construction of the system for the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese virtues.The theoretical origins of the system of inheritance and development of traditional Chinese virtues are traced from the important statements of the Chinese Communists,represented by Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping,on the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese virtues.The third chapter focuses on the value implications of the institutional construction of the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese virtues.Theoretically and practically,it examines the necessary reasons for the construction of the system of inheritance and development of traditional Chinese virtues in the new era.and fully understands the theoretical and practical significance of the construction of the system.In the fourth chapter,a comprehensive discussion of the historical examination and basic experience of the institutional construction of the development of the inheritance of traditional Chinese virtues.By drawing on the key institutional arrangements for the inheritance of traditional virtues in ancient,modern and contemporary times,it is concluded that the institutional construction should abandon the traditional rituals and customs,deepen the guidance of virtue education,improve the long-term mechanism of rewards and punishments,perfect the relevant laws and regulations,and enhance the basic experience of traditional virtue identification.In the fifth chapter,the institutional construction of the development of the inheritance of traditional Chinese virtues is carried out at both macro and micro levels.Based on the historical experience of inheritance of traditional virtues in history,combined with the important expressions and positions and attitudes of the Chinese Communists on the development of inheritance of traditional virtues,the institutional arrangements for the development of inheritance of traditional Chinese virtues in the new era are explored at two levels:macro system construction and micro mechanism guarantee.
