| China,as a big agricultural country,the development of agricultural and rural modernization is extremely important in the development of China’s modernization.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of rural revitalization,it is required to realize effective governance of village society,narrow the economic gap between rural and urban areas,make a qualitative leap in the overall rural economic level,production capacity and the daily life of farmers.And if you want to achieve effective governance of the village society,we must closely focus on rural economic development,guide more capital,technology,manpower and material resources to transfer to the countryside,rural elites have high prestige and appeal in the village,they grew up in the countryside,understand the situation and appearance of the rural village,have a certain level of knowledge and ability,played a role in promoting and driving the development of production.According to the different development direction of the function,rural elites can be divided into political elites,economic elites and social elites,in recent years,with the development of the new countryside,political elites have gradually become the main force in rural governance,promoted the development and construction of a new socialist countryside.The study found,as the main body of the political elite,Is the key to affect rural governance.The research objects of this article are two administrative villages in X Town,J City,mainly use participatory observation method and interview method to participate in and understand the governance of the two administrative villages by political elites.they have had a greater impact on the rural economic and social development through continuous efforts of their own.effectively promote the political and cultural life and economic ability of local villagers,but their respective problems have gradually emerged,this article researches the problem of village governance by different political elites in two administrative villages,analyze the cause of the problem,propose corresponding countermeasures,realize effective rural governance.Research indicates: In the process of embedding political elites into village social governance,it is not enough to clarify the roles of cadres,Playing the leading role of party building is not enough,insufficient efforts to solve the masses’ difficulties,thinking too conservative,lack of innovative development concepts,Not enough guidance,lack of effective landing measures,Weak resource integration,lack of investment methods and other issues.To solve these problems,need to strengthen the leadership role of the party organization.Adapt to local conditions,high-quality promotion of rural revitalization.Clarify the responsibilities of each governance body,to achieve a benign interaction.Attract talents from all walks of life,provide talent support for rural governance. |
