Since its launch in 2019," Xue Xi Qiang Guo " has become an important practice in the construction of new media of the Communist Party of China.The application of the propagation of the CPC’s history has enriched the channel of ideological communication in China,and is an important exploration of the propagation on the CPC’s history under the new situation.This paper first analyzes the innovative points of the CPC’s history propaganda of" Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP in terms of propagation source,propagation form and propagation means;then analyzes the characteristics of the topic setting of the CPC’s history content of " Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP;then applies the in-depth interview method to explore "Finally,we propose some feasible suggestions for optimizing the dissemination effect of the CPC’s history content on the APP.In the first part,we introduce the " Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP and analyze the innovations of the dissemination of the CPC’s history in the " Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP.This paper argues that the innovation of dissemination sources is reflected in the platform’s aggregation of high-quality contents of major mainstream media,forming a rich resource base for learning the CPC’s history;the innovation of dissemination forms is mainly reflected in the platform’s integration of diversified receiving terminals and various transmission channels;the innovation of dissemination means is mainly reflected in the platform’s formation of a three-dimensional and diversified the CPC’s history dissemination system with the help of technological communication and fusion development.In the second part,we analyze the topic setting of the CPC’s history content of "Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP.The articles on the CPC’s history topics published from February 20,2021 to December 31,2021 were selected to analyze the element setting and topic setting of the content of " Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP based on the agenda setting theory.The study found that: in terms of element setting,the platform mainly focuses on title,emotional color,content setting factor and so on.In terms of theme setting,it includs the categories of general knowledge of the CPC’s history,emotional rendering,mission appeal and image of historical figures.In the third part,we analyze the communication effect of the CPC’s history content of " Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP.From the three levels of cognitive,attitudinal and behavioral effects of dissemination,we applied the in-depth interview method to analyze the cognitive,attitudinal and behavioral effects of users on the CPC’s history content of "Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP.The study found that " Xue Xi Qiang Guo " APP has achieved the dissemination effect of the CPC’s history propaganda and ideological guidance;increased users’ knowledge of party history,positive attitude toward the CPC’s history,strengthened users’ identity and organizational identity;and improved users’ ideological awareness and literacy.In the fourth part,we analyze the shortcomings of the dissemination of the CPC’s history content in the " Xue Xi Qiang Guo" APP and put forward corresponding optimization strategies.It is suggested that the platform should pay attention to stimulating the initiative of users and strengthen the enthusiasm of spreading the CPC’s history;the platform should actively explore the interaction mode to realize the two-way communication between the official and private sectors;the platform should pay attention to the differences of users and carry out targeted communication.The platform should pay attention to the differences of users and conduct targeted communication.
