The Study Of Xi Jinping’s Discourses On The Cyber Ideology Security

Ideological work concerns the future and destiny of the Communist Party of China,the country’s long-term peace and stability,national cohesion and centripetal force,and is the top priority in China’s ideological work.With the development of network information,we must attach great importance to network ideology.Among them,the most important is the network ideological security work,which is not only related to the ideological work itself,but also an important component of the overall security concept.Therefore,based on the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping proposed a series of important discussions on the security of network ideology in combination with the characteristics of fast spread,wide influence and difficult monitoring of network ideology.This paper is divided into three parts to study Xi Jinping’s important treatise on network ideological security.The first part analyzes the time basis of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the security of network ideological.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the number of internet users in China have increased rapidly,and with the increasingly fierce conflicting between China and the West on the internet ideology,western bad thoughts have also infringed on China’s internet political security through public opinion struggle.In view of this,combined with the requirements of our times and the present situation of network information work,Xi Jinping points out that there are some problems in China’s network ideology work,such as lax network management and leadership,slow breakthrough of core technology,weak awareness of network position,and insufficient international network discourse right.The second part of the paper expounds the main content of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on network ideological security.Through about 100 important expositions of network security ideology,Xi Jinping puts forward opinion requirements and implementation plans for the leadership of the network information management,network ideological development direction,development of network information technology,international network space governance.He points out that network ideological works safety is related to the national stability and national development process.Under the premise of insisting on party spirit and universal,the mass and professional,and the theory and practice,we should provide a solid legal of system,technology and talent guarantee for network information works,to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the network society,build the clean network ecosystem and control the ideological discourse of the international community.The third part of the paper discusses the value of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on network ideological security.From the perspective of theoretical value,Xi Jinping’s important discussion on network ideological security inherits the ideological theories of Marxist classical writers and the ideological theory of the leaders of the Communist Party of China in the past,and enriches the Sinicized Marxist thought.From the practical value of level analysis,Xi Jinping’s network security important ideology discourse constructs the overall framework for the work of network ideological security,pointed out the direction for network security ideology,paves the way for concrete implementation of the ideological and political education,and provides a solution for building the community of cyberspace destiny,with a strong practical significance.
