A Study Of Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Rule Of Law

The people’s character of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is that Xi Jinpi ng is the main founder.In the specific process and development of the construction of the rule of law in China,it is based on the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the concrete practice of the socialist rule of law construction with Chinese characteristics.It is proposed to practice and safeguard the interests of the people,and is based on the continuous understanding and innovation of the Chinese Communists on the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteri stics.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the Central Work Conference on Co mprehensively Governing the Country by Law to "adhere to the people-centered ap proach" to better protect the rights and interests of the people.From the perspective of the people’s nature of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule o f law,firstly,it systematically sorts out "Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law","people’s nature" and "the people’s nature of the rule of law";To excavate the core essence and distinctive characteristics of the people’s nature of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,by focusing on four aspects: insisting that the people are the fo undation of ruling the country according to law,insisting on the people’s dominant position,insisting on protecting the rights and interests of the people in accordance with the law as the fundamental purpose,and insisting on maintaining social fairnes s and justice as the lifeline.It is concluded that the characteristics of the people’sn ature of Xi Jinping’s rule of law are mainly manifested in that people-oriented is th e development and premise,the people’s interests are higher than all poetry evaluati on standards,and the realization of social fairness and justice is the lifeline.The fo cus of this paper is to analyze which aspects of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule o f law reflect the characteristics of the people,and focus on five aspects: scientific l egislation,strict law enforcement,impartial justice,law-abiding by the whole people,and law popularization by the whole people.Finally,Xi Jinping’s thought on the ru le of law with the characteristics of the people’s character not only enriches the Ma rxist theory of the rule of law,but also has very important contemporary value.
