A Study On Internet Platform Enterprise Governance From The Perspective Of Interactive Governance

With the rapid development of Internet platform economy driven by Internet technology,Internet platform enterprises are increasingly becoming an important part of market economy and play a pivotal role in economic life.Internet platform companies have released a large number of jobs,and are of great value in improving the convenience of public life and enriching people’s daily life.In general,the development of Internet platform enterprises based on the Internet platform economy has played an active role in promoting China’s industrial Internet transformation,economic structure transformation and governance modernization.However,with the development of Internet platform enterprises,many governance issues arise.The development of Internet industry has reached the deep stage,leading to an increasing trend of its negative effects.The issues such as big data-enabled price discrimination,platform enterprise monopoly and data privacy,occur frequently.It reveals that Internet platform enterprises,as new things,lack the necessary governance means and industry self-discipline in the early stage of their development,which eventually causes frequent negative problems.Frequent governance problems of Internet platform corporate have broken the existing fairness-efficiency mechanism of social and economic operation,making social and economic operation inclined to efficiency and monopoly,and have many negative impacts on social and economic development.In the face of the above governance problems,the current governance means relies more on the self-management of the Internet platform enterprises.The government departments tend to take ‘inclusive and prudent’ responsive regulation and ‘point-to-point’way to solve these problems.Generally speaking,on the one hand,the current governance means is lagging behind.In the face of governance problems with high timeliness requirements such as personal safety and financial security in the operation of Internet platform enterprises,it is weak;On the other hand,peer-to-peer regulation is not only difficult to fundamentally solve the problems of Internet platform governance,but also increases the speculative behavior of platform enterprises and further weakens the governance effect.Based on the above,the core research question of this paper is that under the background that traditional governance model tends to fail in the Internet platform economy,what governance model we should establish to achieve effective governance of Internet platform enterprises.At present,the Internet platform economy is developing rapidly,and its influence and role in the social,political,economic and other fields are increasingly prominent.Promoting the effective governance of the Internet platform economy is an important part of the modernization of national governance.Based on this,promoting the Internet platform Effective corporate governance is particularly important at both theoretical and practical levels.From the perspective of theory on interactive governance,this study takes online car-hailing platform DiDi as a case to deconstruct the causes of Internet platform corporate governance problems,through a general analysis of the development characteristics and governance status of Internet platform enterprises.On this basis,the study finds that the lack of effective interaction mechanisms among platform enterprises,government departments and social forces is an important cause of governance problems.And the lack is closely related to the absence of intentions,tools and actions of multiple parties.This study believes that the interactive governance path of Internet platform enterprises should be explored from the three levels of intention,tool and action,in order to fundamentally realize the effective governance of Internet platform enterprises.
