| From the perspective of development,the utilization of underground resources is an important part of urban development.In the environment of large-scale development and utilization of underground resources,how to improve urban protection ability is particularly important.In the course of the underground civil air defense project construction,it has changed its thinking from combat to seek both wartime and peacetime economic benefits.Based on this understanding,this paper takes the coordinated research of underground space development and civil air defense construction as the main line,and takes Fengxin County as the research object.Through check data and questionnaire survey method,discusses the Feng Xin county civil air defence engineering construction and underground space development and coordinated development from scratch to again the process of perfecting,Feng Xin county were analyzed in underground space development and the present situation of the civil air defence engineering construction and the existing problems,including the current take "union league group review","Internet + regulation" and "measured" more coordinated measures,And civil air defence engineering construction and configuration imbalance,planning layout of cohesion is not harmonious,function configuration is not reasonable,combined the actual Feng Xin county so as to put forward under the background of underground space development and utilization of strategy implementation and coordinated development of the construction of civil air defense engineering model puts forward several Suggestions: one is to optimize the management system,realize the sustainable development of coordination;Second,improve the operation mechanism to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of coordination policies;Third,we will upgrade it application in management and modernize coordinated development. |
