Research On The Development Tactics Of Civil Air Defense Projects For City Of China

China has become the big country of civil air defense projects exploitation, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other major cities in large urban centers as civil air defense construction, after sixty years of development, all have reached a considerable scale. In recent years, China’s rapid economic development and urbanization process, to further accelerate the process of development of the use of civil air defense projects, the need to further strengthen the subway, underground road, a large underground complex, integrated pipe gallery, underground railway construction, logistics and underground exploration systems, energy systems research and development of underground resources. In this paper, a method of conducting a study on the development of civil air defense projects with practical significance.This paper summarizes the experience of the development of foreign civil air defense projects, analyzes and points out the presence of air defense projects started development and utilization of the main function of a single, peacetime lack depth, issues such as the development of a single investment.
