Research On Legal Issues Of Digital Renminbi Supervision

In 2019,my country’s central bank officially launched the digital renminbi pilot,accelerating its implementation and circulation.With the launch of the pilot,some new problems have also been raised in the process of the digital renminbi pilot.Some cases show that the money laundering problem faced by the traditional RMB still occurs in the use of the digital RMB. At the same time,whether the digital nature of the digital RMB will lead to the leakage of user privacy information,and whether the regulatory measures and systems need to be improved in a targeted manner.In addition,the issuance and circulation of digital renminbi,whether the legal norm needs to be updated for debugging,these all need to be discussed and resolved urgently.In view of the practice of central bank issuing and supervising digital renminbi,this paper analyzes the legal issues arising from the issuance and use of digital renminbi,and tries to provide corresponding solutions from the perspective of legal theory and legal norms,with a view to making suggestions for improving the digital renminbi regulatory system.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,the main research methods of the paper,and the possible innovations and deficiencies of this paper;the second chapter is about the digital renminbi Financial regulatory requirements,analyze the definition and characteristics of digital renminbi,discuss the nature and main characteristics of digital renminbi based on the viewpoints of scholars and authoritative institutions,compare and analyze digital renminbi with related currencies,and further analyze the necessity of digital renminbi supervision;The third chapter mainly analyzes the difficulties in my country’s digital renminbi supervision based on the current status of my country’s digital renminbi pilot and the regulatory practice during the pilot process;the fourth chapter mainly analyzes the digital renminbi regulatory framework and shortcomings,and combines existing general financial supervision theories.The theoretical basis of digital renminbi supervision provides theoretical support for improving the legal system of non-supervision of digital people;Chapter 5 discusses the above problems and discusses effective countermeasures for improving my country’s digital renminbi supervision system.
