A Study On The Military Experience Of Senior Executives And The Improvement Of Enterprise Innovation Capability From The Perspective Of Political Economy—Research On Political Economy Based On Marx’s Theory

CPC clearly stated: "Establish a management and security organization for ex-servicemen,safeguard make military personnel a profession respected by the whole society." In March 2018,the State established the Ministry of Veterans Affairs to focus on the employment and entrepreneurship of ex-servicemen.As can be seen from the important national guidelines,the development of demobilized soldiers and hopes that demobilized soldiers can continue to make unremitting efforts for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.After retirement,most of the soldiers devoted socialist cause.After the retirement of soldiers and enterprises are more and more closely linked,in the enterprise also plays an irreplaceable role.This paper attempts to explore whether the characteristics of ex-servicemen have an impact on enterprise innovation from a micro perspective,in order to provide some references for improving the efficiency of experience and the placement of ex-servicemen.Firstly,this paper combs the The relationship between entrepreneurs’ personal characteristics and entrepreneurial performance of Marxist political economy theory,and finally concludes that entrepreneurs’ military experience affects the level of risk-taking of enterprises,and will ultimately promote enterprise innovation.As the text listed,this paper makes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed business as the study specimen,and compares t Enterprise innovation input-output indicators of enterprises from 008 to 2018.The results show that: senior executives’ military experience is significantly positive correlated with enterprise innovation;The extent of risk exposure plays a important role between People engaged in enterprise management after retirement and enterprise innovation.In addition,Product diversity,board independence,firm market performance,firm development speed,firm development scale,entrepreneur gender and education level are all in direct proportion to firm innovation.The properties of enterprise proprietorship is negatively correlated with enterprise innovation output,and the duration of enterprise existence is inversely proportional to enterprise innovation output.Firm size,firm development speed,firm market performance,firm diversification,board independence,entrepreneur gender,age,education are all in positive proportion to firm innovation output.This paper puts forward the following advices: Strengthen cooperation among various forces to promote better employment of veterans;Give full play to the characteristics of soldiers and promote enterprise innovation;Change the internal structure and prevent excessive innovation.This paper bring forth new ideas: first,Innovative perspective.In the past,the research on the relationship between military experience and enterprises was mainly based on Western High rise ladder theory theory.Research on the innovation of index.by far,the study on the impact of military experience on business cheifly concentrate on the positive study of military experience on corporate combination and purchase,corporate investment and internal control.Some scholars have also discussed the role of military experience on enterprise innovation,mainly from the degree of innovation,but the above scholars pay more give attendence to the investigation of measurement results,The theoretical analysis part is relatively brief,which only explains that the military experience will promote enterprise innovation,and does not study its influence mechanism.The theoretical space is small,emphasizing evidence and neglecting theory.The definition of innovation indicators is also one-sided and single.Most scholars use innovation output to measure innovation,ignoring the role of innovation investment.
