Research On The Strategies Of Social Organizations Participating In The Construction Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a systematic and complex project,in which it is necessary not only to play the leading and coordinating role of the Party and government,but also to maximize the participation of the social field.From a macro perspective,the state has always encouraged and advocated social forces to participate: for example,the No.1 Central Document in 2021 proposed to "leverage financial capital and social forces to participate".The No.1 Central Document in 2022 proposed to extensively mobilize social forces to participate in rural revitalization,and promote the "10,000 enterprises to 10,000 villages" action deeply.In the context of this era,social organizations,as an important part of social forces,have actively carried out many practices in boosting rural revitalization strategies.For example,the social organization "Friends of Ancient Villages" in Zengcheng,Guangdong Province has assisted the revitalization of five aspects of the village by mining characteristic resources of the countryside,planning cultural activities,carrying out environmental improvement,cultivating talents,and building autonomous organizations;A typical left-behind village in Sichuan Province has 10 major social organizations inside and outside.These social organizations cover different types such as culture,sports,environmental ecology,etc.,and play an important role in promoting the realization of the local Rural Revitalization Strategy.So in this context,it is urgent to carry out a theoretical analysis on how social organizations can promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to provide guidance for future practice.This research comprehensively uses qualitative methods such as Case Study Method,Interview Method and Literature Study Method.Relying on the case of X Foundation,a social organization participating in the construction of Z Cooperatives,it is found that social organizations indirectly achieve the purpose of participating in the Rural Revitalization Strategy by participating in the construction of Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives.Specifically,this paper finds that the participation of social organizations in the construction of cooperatives is mainly based on the action logic of "connection-integration-cultivationboosting".The leaders and their members have improved their self-development capabilities and the modernization of the White Lotus industry.However,this paper also finds that there are also problems in the participation of social organizations in the construction of Cooperatives,such as insufficient function of social organizations,weak government incentives,and low degree of "integration of the three industries".The main reason is the low ability of "cooperation" and the influence of multiple internal and external factors.Based on this,it is proposed that the ability level of social organizations should be improved,the orderly cooperation between the government and social organizations should be guaranteed,and the "three industries integration" in rural areas should be promoted in multiple dimensions.
