The rapid improving material civilization and rising international status are great achievements made by Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party in Chinese socialist construction. At the same time, China’s social problem, especially various kinds of social problems in rural area have become increasingly prominent, and these problems caused obstacles and limitations for building new socialist countryside and establishing the harmonious society. In dealing with the relationship between the state and society, the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee Party emphasized deepen reform for realizing the goal of improving and developing China’s socialist system, promoting the national governance system and governance capacity modernization. Rural problem is an significant issue in the progress of China’s development, and the rural population accounts for the vast majority of Chinese population. In this situation, to achieve modernization of governance in our country, stimulating the vitality of rural social organization, innovating rural social management mechanism, and realizing the modernization of rural governance are at the first priority. While farmer’s professional cooperative is the major part in rural social organizations, which manifest that the key pace is to give full play to negative factor of farmer’s professional cooperative and arouse the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in rural social governance. In recent year, under the guidance of national policy and the instruction of the Central Committee of the Party, the rural areas have made significant progress in developing peasant professional cooperatives, and innovating rural social governance mechanism.The document Several Opinions on Comprehensively Deepen Reform in Rural Area to Accelerate Agricultural Modernization published by the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council emphasized that the work of improving rural governance mechanism and maintaining the harmony and stability of the countryside should be start from strengthening the construction of rural basic party organization, complete grassroot democracy, and innovate basic management services.Professional farmers cooperatives is an form with both economic and social organization function, and it is the main force in pushing the innovation of rural social organization and governance. Therefore, promoting the development of specialized farmers cooperatives and Party building work can enhance the innovation of rural social governance mechanism."The forest area in Guangxi is of15.6million hm2, ranking the sixth of all in our country, and the collective forest area is of14million hm2, ranking the third in the country, suitable for the development of forest economy of nearly6million hm2, it accounts38.5%of the total area equivalent to1.5times of the cultivated land". With the collective forest right system reform has been increasingly deepened, under the background of the boom of forest economy, the speed and scale of the forestry professional cooperative continues to improving and expanding. Therefore, the forestry professional farmers cooperatives are an mechanism innovation in the rural social governance cooperatives, especially the carrier effective innovation of rural society governance mechanism. Guangxi Tengxian as one of the first demonstration counties to create one of the farmers professional cooperatives of forestry, its forestry cooperatives has played a tremendous role in the remission status of floating population, improved the villager autonomy consciousness and strengthen the party organization and leadership, made outstanding contribution to the innovation of management system of rural society. In this paper, field studies were carried out by the specific circumstances of the Guangxi Tengxian forestry professional cooperative innovation in the rural social governance mechanism, the forestry cooperatives of professional farmers cooperatives on case study, fusing dual identity and professional farmers cooperatives "economic organization" and "autonomy", give full play to professional farmers cooperatives to participate in rural governance mechanism innovation, so as to promote the socialist new rural construction process.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. The introduction part mainly describes the research background, significance of research, research methods and technical route etc. in using of farmers’ professional cooperative innovation in the rural social governance mechanism, and summarized professional farmers cooperatives and rural society governance mechanism on the basis of defining relevant concepts, and then points out the innovation and deficiency.The second part:Research on the theoretical basis and practical basis. This part mainly defines the four core concepts of farmers’ professional cooperatives, forestry cooperatives, social governance, rural society governance mechanism. Based on the core concepts of articles, analyzes the theoretical basis of rural social governance mechanisms of farmer specialized cooperatives from Marx Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong’s related ideas, and explore the practice basis from the history of the Communist Party of China.The third part is about studying the relationship between farmers professional cooperatives and rural society governance mechanism innovation.This part mainly discusses the close relationship between the farmers’ professional cooperative and innovative management system of rural social, and also points out that the farmer cooperatives is better for the diversity of social governance. And it is also have advantages for strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations to promote the process of autonomous development of rural society and villagers to improve grassroots democracy, and conducive to employment way to expand the surplus labor forces in the innovation management services in rural area. So it is an effective way to the innovation of the social management system in the rural areas, and optimizing the inner and outer environment, to make innovation of social governance mechanism in rural areas, it also can push the development of specialized farmers cooperatives.The fourth part:A typical case study--investigation and analysis of Tengxian forestry cooperatives. This part mainly introduces the concrete embodiment of the development condition of Guangxi Tengxian forestry cooperatives and Guangxi Tengxian forestry cooperatives to stimulate innovation in governance mechanism of the rural society, to use the data to illustrate the problem to demonstrate the professional farmers cooperatives based on the application study on political and social significance. At the same time, analyzing and summarizing the present situation of farmer specialized cooperative society governance function for further development and progress in mechanism innovation of rural social governance.The fifth part is the development of farmers’ professional cooperatives and the innovation of social governance mechanism in rural areas. This part discusses the development path of farmer specialized cooperative innovation in the rural society governance mechanism mainly from three aspects, including the ideological transformation to promote innovation in governance mechanism of rural society; in practical to develop the specialized farmers cooperatives, to consolidate the achievements; the last one is the view of system to establish and improve relevant rules and regulations so as to guarantee the system innovation.
