| Children in distress,a special group,has always been one of the objects of general concern in all sectors of society.In recent years,it has become the focus of sociology,politics,pedagogy,administration and other disciplines.Due to the influence of natural environmental conditions,family poverty,or other external factors,children in distress lack sufficient resources and development opportunities in the critical period of their growth,and their physical,psychological and academic development needs have not been effectively met.Under the constraints of multiple factors such as environment and family,the development of troubled children is trapped,the development of future generations is blocked,and finally fall into the vicious circle of poverty,leading to the intergenerational transmission of poverty.In order to better serve children in distress,promote their own better development and break the intergenerational transmission of poverty,this study specially selects the "hope cabin" project in Y County,Zibo City,Shandong Province.Taking children in distress as the research object,based on the perspective of integration,this study attempts to explore a relief and assistance path dominated by government organizations,supplemented by non-governmental participation and diversified cooperation.Through joint efforts of various parties,we will provide better services,richer and targeted resources to children in distress from the levels of government,enterprises,social organizations,social work stations and individuals,and give them equal opportunities for development,so as to help children in distress get out of the current difficulties and better embrace life.This study is divided into five parts.Firstly,this study used the method of questionnaire survey to obtain the basic information of 70 troubled children in 2021,and then used the method of unstructured interview to deeply understand the specific situation of 30 troubled children.Taking the overall development status of the "hope cabin" project in Y County,Zibo City,Shandong Province as the starting point,this paper investigates and studies the plight children,analyzes the research materials with SPSS(22.0),and summarizes the development status and plight of the plight children in this area at the present stage.Secondly,it describes the basic situation of multi subjects’ assistance to children in distress in the process of their development,and finds that there are some problems in the assistance process for children in distress,such as low information sharing,poor information flow,lack of cooperative rules and regulations guarantee,lack of supervision and professionalism among multi subjects and so on.Finally,based on the analysis of the practical problems and reasons in the process of helping children in distress,this study puts forward the Countermeasures of resource sharing,improving the system,strengthening supervision,integrating resources and strengthening division of labor. |
