A Study On The Narrative Of Chinese Communist Model Workers In The Early Days Of The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

Model workers originated during the revolutionary War and served as a model for the working people.In the early ten years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China was in a special period of rapid change.The Communist Party of China organized four nationwide conferences to commend model workers and selected a number of model workers,which played an important role in the economic,political and cultural recovery and development of new China.Based on the investigation of Marx’s theory of labor value and the relevant historical materials of the four model workers’ commendation conferences in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,this paper attempts to systematically discuss the narrative of the Model workers of the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.First of all,from the theoretical level,it explores the background and origin of the generation of the CPC model worker narrative in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Secondly,from the two dimensions of history and reality,it analyzes the generation picture of the CPC model workers narrative in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,so as to clarify the historical background and realistic reasons of the model workers narrative.Thirdly,through the analysis of the CPC’s use of diversified narrative carrier,the model workers propaganda and education,to build a clear level of model workers narrative mechanism.Finally,by summing up the historical experience of the CPC model workers narrative,it can provide practical enlightenment for selecting model workers,shaping model workers’ image,telling model workers’ stories and promoting model workers’ spirit in the new era.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development.At the same time,the situation at home and abroad is profound and complex,and the challenges we face are grave.The model workers and their spirit in the early days of the founding of the new China are the powerful forces of the working people for the construction of the new China.They should be inherited and carried forward to encourage all Chinese people to forge ahead and create a brilliant new era.
