In order to build a community management system under the framework of party building-led community governance,effectively improve the level of community services and better build a refined urban area,the party building community governance work plan states that a community demand information management mechanism should be established to analyze the information in multiple dimensions,so that the root causes of problems can be identified through the analysis results and then the solution path can be clarified.As a result,the root cause of the problem was found out and the solution path was clarified.The appeal information is reported by citizens,and the reporting forms are various.These appeals are important feedback from the citizens on the level of services provided by urban communities,and are of high value and significance,as well as an important way for government departments to understand the concerns of citizens.This thesis designs and implements a community appeal information system,which aims to process and analyze multi-source and heterogeneous appeal information,provide accurate and intuitive analysis results to government departments,and provide support for community service management.This thesis first conducts relevant research to understand the existing appeal information systems and selects the key technologies to be used in the system,taking into account the actual situation of this project.On this basis,the feasibility study and requirement analysis of the project are carried out,and each functional requirement is introduced in detail through the use case diagram.Then through the overall architecture diagram and function module diagram,the system is designed in outline and the system is divided into functional modules.Finally,the appeal data collection module,the appeal data processing module,the appeal data display module,the appeal information management module and the data report generation module are implemented,and the specific implementation process of each module is introduced,and the system implementation interface is provided.In the design and implementation of the community appeal information system,the development technologies used include Spring Boot framework and Vue framework.During the appeal data collection process,Flume and Canal are used to collect the appeal data and transmit the data to the Kafka message queue.Finally,the data in the message queue is synchronized to the Hive data warehouse through the Camus synchronization framework.The appeal data processing module performs data pre-processing and data calculation on the appeal data,which is performed by the Spark computing engine.Finally,the processed data will be analyzed and displayed.The system also uses the KNN and WRF classification algorithm to classify the sentiment of the claim description text.Based on the results of the functional and non-functional testing of the system,the system meets the various requirements of the requirements analysis process.The system is now online and has been running stably with good feedback on performance,security and maintainability during use.
