Research On Service Quality Of Public Stadiums In Z City

The public sports venues in Z City mainly include gymnasiums,swimming pools and training halls invested and constructed by the financial department of Z City.The sports administrative department of Z City is responsible for the operation and management,aiming to provide first-class sports training,sports competitions,and leisure and fitness for the general public.However,the public sports venues in Z City are still insufficient in terms of service quality.They are currently mainly used to host large-scale competitions,and the work on the provision of public sports services has been neglected,resulting in low openness of venues and weak service capabilities,venue management confusion and other aspects of service quality problems.This paper takes the public stadiums in Z city as the research object,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of public stadiums in Z city,and builds the service quality evaluation index system of public stadiums based on the theory of SERVQUAL model and analyzes the service quality of public stadiums in Z city to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.According to the evaluation results of the service quality of public sports venues in Z city,this paper puts forward the improvement measures to improve the service quality of public sports venues in Z city from four aspects: promoting the diversification of venue services,improving the efficiency of public feedback,enhancing the ability of service personnel,and optimizing the management of sports venues.The research of the paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly,there are still shortcomings in the service diversification,the efficiency of public feedback,the ability of venue service personnel,and the comprehensive management of venues in Z city public stadiums.Secondly,promoting the diversification of stadium services,improving the efficiency of public feedback,enhancing the ability of service personnel,and optimizing the management of stadiums are effective ways to improve the service quality of public stadiums in Z City.Thirdly,with the help of informatization means,establish an informatization management platform for public sports venues,effectively integrate the superior resources of public sports venues,upgrade software and hardware facilities,and strengthen the construction of public sports venues in Z City.
