| In November 2020,the Communist Party of China officially clarified the "Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law" as the guiding ideology for comprehensively governing the country by law at the Central Work Conference on Comprehensively Governing the Country by Law for the first time in Beijing.On December 9,2020,the Ministry of Education held a meeting on implementation.The meeting required schools at all levels and of all types to achieve full coverage of learning,carry out original research,do a good job in integrated teaching,strengthen targeted services,and promote the study and implementation of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the rule of law.The ideological and political theory course in junior high school is a key course to implement morality and cultivate people,the integration of the rule of law thought into the junior high school ideological and political theory course is conducive to helping junior high school students to enhance their awareness of the rule of law,cultivate their thinking on the rule of law,establish their concept of the rule of law,implement their core literacy,and achieve the dual effectiveness of curriculum objectives and cultivating their souls.On the basis of the text interpretation of the Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law,this paper uses the method of literature research,investigation and interview to carry out research,analyzes and summarizes the main problems and causes of integrating the Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law into the teaching of junior high school ideological and political course,and puts forward the corresponding realization path.According to the investigation and research,there are many problems in integrating the Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law into the ideological and political teaching of junior high school.For example,the education and teaching environment is not optimized enough,the content of teaching is lack of systematic planning,the teacher’s teaching method is simple,and the students’ learning consciousness is weak.The main reasons for the current problems include the need to optimize the concept of teachers’ education,the need to improve teachers’ teaching ability and the need to strengthen students’ learning initiative.Therefore,the Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law should adhere to the guiding principle,targeted principle and situational principle when it is integrated into the ideological and political theory course of junior high school.Schools should actively implement the Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law "three progress" work,for teachers and students to create a good education and teaching environment.Teachers should integrate rich teaching content,cultivate excellent teaching staff,choose appropriate teaching methods.From the perspective of students,it is necessary to take students as the main body,improve students’ cognition of the rule of law,take the classroom as the core,cultivate students’ thinking of the rule of law,take emotion as the guidance,establish students’belief in the rule of law.In the end,concrete teaching design is used to conduct teaching analysis from the practical level,in order to deepen the cognition and understanding of the Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law in teaching practice. |
