Research On Family Mediation Syste

Multiculturalism is gradually impacting the traditional marriage and family structure of our country,resulting in increasing family disputes.Because the family dispute has the complex social attribute,the family mediation system can adapt the family dispute management demand.At present,the legal provisions of family mediation in China are scattered in various civil laws and regulations,lacking unified provisions.By means of literature analysis and comparative analysis,this paper examines the legislative and judicial status quo of family mediation system in our country by integrating the practice and innovation of local courts.This paper expounds the specific suggestions on perfecting the family mediation system from three aspects of legislation,judicature and supporting mechanism,so as to promote the reasonable and legal settlement of family disputes.
