| Due to the reform and development since the 18 th CPC National Congress,market supervision departments have made effective integration in order to build a high-standard modern market supervision system,and to adapt to the new development stage,implement the new development concepts and construct the new development pattern.Market regulation,which combines industry and commerce,quality supervision,food and drug supervision,price supervision,intellectual property rights and other departments,is a key link in safeguarding people’s livelihood and promoting the building of a service-oriented government.Since market supervision departments are involved in many functions,especially in public crisis response and governance,it is particularly important to carry out the tasks of "six stability" and "six protection" and effectively control the market environment.In the outbreak phase of the novel coronavirus,market supervision departments have to maintain market order,guarantee market supply,support the resumption of work and production,and smooth economic operation among the existing and new functions.This paper mainly discusses the function performance of the market supervision department in District A in the governance of public health crisis.With the supervision function as the focus,it analyzes the situation of the market supervision department performing the function of market supervision according to the corresponding supervision power granted by law in the novel coronavirus epidemic.To summarize the effect of A district in the performance of the supervision function in the novel coronavirus epidemic,analyze its problems and causes,sum up experience and propose countermeasures.In order to further optimize the performance of market regulation,improve the efficiency of market regulation,especially for the future response to public health crisis events to provide reference for market regulation function performance. |
