The reform of the state supervision system has established a new system of supervision,integrated the supervision forces,achieved full coverage,and made the supervision mechanism more scientific.The reform of the supervision system at the county level is an important part of the reform of the national supervision system,it is of great significance to the implementation of the supervisory system reform policy,the construction of the party conduct and clean government at the grass-roots level and the promotion of the anti-corruption work.Through combing and analyzing the current situation of the supervision system in Z county,we find that it has improved the organizational structure and achieved some actual results To form a high-pressure situation of anti-corruption,highlight the deterrent effect of anti-corruption,promote the link between discipline and law,fill the gap between discipline and law,build a brand of clean government culture with regional characteristics,carry out clean government education,etc.At the same time,there are some obvious problems,such as unclear orientation of supervision duty,weak supervision at the same level,low quality of examination and investigation,weak strength of cadres,low level of informationization,etc.In view of the above problems from the four aspects of countermeasures: first,enhance the effectiveness of supervision.We should straighten out our thinking,grasp the position of the responsibility of “ Re-supervision ”,strengthen the higher-level leadership mechanism under the current dual-leadership mechanism,ensure the independence and authority of supervision,and make good coordination and connection,a variety of supervision forms a strong supervision force,innovation of supervision means to adapt to the complex and hidden anti-corruption situation,extend the supervision chain,strengthen the supervision deterrent.The second is to break the external limits of investigation.To establish an online information inquiry platform,improve the efficiency of work;improve the inter-regional case investigation mechanism,break down regional barriers;enhance the ability to review and investigate,fill in the gaps.Third,strengthen team building.We will broaden the scope of personnel selection,improve the existing talent structure,formulate long-term training plans,improve the rotation mechanism,and improve the selection system in order to promote the allround development of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.Fourth,strengthen organizational security.We should invest more money to ensure the basic hardware and software facilities and provide assistance for the work.Through the above measures to continue to deepen the reform of the county-level supervision system to play a governance effectiveness.
